Bazaar meat is one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. From the moment you walk up to the hostess stand the hospitality is unparalleled. My wife and I have dined here twice and the level at which the service team provides is excellent. Gerardo, Justin and all the service staff are amazing. We started with the cotton candy foie gras, Kobe air bread both of which are unique and brilliant dishes. Luciaâs Caesar is a great take on a classic. The Jidori Chicken with buttery potatoes is fantastic. We were treated to 4 bite sized desserts which were all amazing. The cocktails are a show in and of themselves. Eat here!
My wife and I had the ultimate tasting and it made it to the top of best meal ever category.
Splurged for my 50th and it was well worth it. We did the tasting menu and all items were incredible, especially the airbread and deconstructed caprese salad (and of course the steak!). Our server Tony was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and provided good drink recommendations. Also took time to ask about us and our trip and provide recommendations for things to do and places to eat while we are visiting.
It was one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. We canât wait to go back!

Incredible food, awesome wine selections and stellar hospitality made for an epic evening. Go with the tasting menu and let them masterfully pair the wine for you. You won't be disappointed. We will be back next time we visit Vegas.
