Bought a pint of ice cream and two cones today! I was super excited because my favorite flavor was actually in a pint, super rare, Baseball Nut! After paying I asked the cashier to scoop my purchase into the cones so I can have it to go ( ready) and she refused, no reason was given. Highly disappointed with the response because I just needed my ice cream scooped for me. I had to request napkins, a spoon, and a bag! I was the only customer in the store at the time and I saw 3 staff members on shift. Lazy and no problem solving skills here…. Won’t Be back to this location
Took me back to my childhood. Huge 2 scoop waffle cone. My husband had frozen frappe that was better than Starbucks. Yum! Excellent friendly service.
I was trying to use the app to order 2 cappuccino blasts and couldn't so i called the store and the girl who answered said that she could make them and have it ready for me me when i got there ..... If i would ha e had cash on me they would have gotten a tip for their services.... But unfortunately i only had my debit card with me. The 2 gurls working this afternoon deserve a raise. From 1 customer service employee to them ... You are awesome ladies ... Great job
We took our kids here on a summer afternoon to try their new creature creations. My son loves sea turtles and these were so cute. (Almost as cute as the clown cones my sister and I used to get at Baskin-Robbins as kids.)
