No matter how many new frozen dessert places appear, Baskin-Robbins' Pralines 'n Cream and Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate remain the best. Store was a little short-handed today but the one and only server did a good job.
We needed non-dairy options, and at first they said that they only had one, BUT one lady said that they had one non-dairy option in the back, yay! ???I'm glad that at least one person there knew there was a chocolate option in the back. The one out on the floor wasn't a chocolate flavor.

Workers that work there do not enforce the face mask rule. My family and I went in there for ice cream and 2 other customers walked in with out a face mask so when we asked the employee do you require your customers to wear face mask she replied yes and then she saw the 2 customers without face mask and asked them to get their face mask then came back to help us and was rude and dropped one of our shakes on the floor so she had to remake it. Safety comes first especially when you have a sign and/ or signs stating face mask required then enforce it or don’t get annoyed when people bring it to your attention. It’s in effect for a reason and if people don’t follow the rules then there will be more cases of COVID-19 and businesses will end up closing.
I went to Baskin Robins today with my fiance and our baby son. While we were there two teenagers walked in not wearing masks. The staff did not mention anything to these teenagers. Finally my fiance spoke up and asked why they weren't enforcing the mask policy. The staff member then said,"let me ask" and walked up to the girls (one of which had car keys in her hand) and asked how old she was cause if she was over 12 she needed a mask. Well the one who had keys went to the car and retrieved her mask while the other one pulled up her shirt to cover her nose and mouth. We were not looking to stay long and that further confirmed the length of our visit. My fiance was planning on ordering more ice cream but since they were so lack luster for the mask rule and we have a baby we need to protect we just stuck with the items we had already ordered and got outta there. Which would have been a quickly as possible but the staff member dropped one of our shakes on the floor after making it. Then proceeds to ask if we just want that one and have her add more to it or if she had to make a whole other one. Idk about u but i don't like to use or eat things off the floor. If we hadn't already paid we would've left without anything. We will not be returning to this location ever again! Safety is a problem here food. safety issue from serving food off the floor and covid safety issue from not enforcing masks . i do not recommend anyone go here u less u want to catch covid or god knows what else off the floor. STAY AWAY!
As usual, my double ball ice cream. Tasty. I would suggest they provide the plastic spoons in a sealed plastic bag. Same as how they do with straws. Other than that, excellent service.
