It is just ok. I eat out 200-300 times per year. I have also eaten in over 100 Vegas restaurants. This one is not bad, not great. Just ok. It was a hassle getting into the place. Self parking, then walking all the way from one side of the casino to the other. Once you finally get into the restaurant, it has (in my opinion) a somewhat cold atmosphere. They refer to themself as a “brasserie”. That is a good description. Kind of a cold and sterile. We had the deviled eggs with caviar. We liked them. I’d give them a 9. For salad, our server recommended the green salad. I love salad, but not this one. We didn’t eat even half of it. Maybe kitchen didn’t make it right, but it was just a bowl full of gig greens and sliced radishes. Hardly any dressing. Hardly anything else. Boring. I’d give it a 3. I don’t eat steak, so the server recommended the trout. It was a little better than average. A 6. Server was above average. 7. Overall, a 6. Of you are looking for a great dining experience, try Esther’s Kitchen, EDO gastro, or Lotus of Siam. If you are looking for good French Restaurants. Try Picasso or the other French restaurant in Bilaggio I was looking forward to trying Bardot Brasserie, but I probably won’t try it again. The wine was great, but I can get that anywhere.

It was our anniversary We had a delicious meal Our head Server Benny was awesome Steak was cooked perfectly

The food was really good and our server Esteve was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Great service. Lovely ambiance. Delicious food and cocktails. Thank you!

Go for the happy hour from 5-7pm! You have to ask for the menu but it’s an incredibly great deal. Wife and I ordered 6 items total plus 2 rounds of drinks and total bill was around $120. Highly recommend!!

Saturday brunch was amazing, server, was phenomenal. Thank you for a great EXPERIENCE

Can’t beat 5-7pm Happy Hour. Appetizer selection is excellent and very gourmet. Ask for hot bread. Yummy. White House Wine was a nice sized pour…definitely not a “Utah Pour”. $12 and decent selection. Best Sliders I’ve ever had and I’m not a huge fan of red meat. Love the Deviled Eggs too.

The room is gorgeous. The bar is gorgeous. The food was meh and service was very uneven, both in timing and execution. Oysters were really below average and everything we ordered seemed pre made and then heated for serving, especially the creamed spinach and gummy/dry mac and cheese. Truffle fries didn’t taste like truffles. Escargot sauce was probably the only thing we loved. Oh well.

This was a special treat for us during our trip to Las Vegas.

Food is very good; loved the escargot! Order a side of bacon, it’s the best I’ve ever had! The portions are very large. Setting is very nice. A bit loud as the place was very busy. Over all a great brunch experience!
