01/21/22: I was walking around Terminal 1 before my flight and got some Baja Fresh for dinner. I got the steak taco combo with flour tortilla, onions, cilantro and sides of pinto beans and rice. The rice was bland, dry, and flavorless. The pinto beans were ok and much better than. The rice. The steak tacos were also ok in flavor, but was a little over cooked and salty. For airport food, Baja Fresh was fast and below average. Just wish there was better food choices at this airport, specifically Terminal 1.
Stopped here for lunch today , and it was amazing. The shrimp quesadilla was delicious, and very friendly and nice service! Would definitely stop by again but was only here for a layover. Highly recommend!
$5.40 after tax gets you 8oz of guacamole and a huge amount of chips. Great guac for the price. Everything else seemed fairly priced and looked good and fresh as well.

Today me and my husband ordered two burritos one chicken ultimate and one steak when we got to the cash register the cashier Karleena was very rude we pulled out cash and she said I'm not breaking that sorry and then she stated to us that she thinks we should get the aquafina because it's cheaper than Voss making us feel like she thought we didn't have enough money to buy the Voss water and upon consuming our meals there was hair in it and they did not give me the steak burrito it was chicken and it was not made like I liked I am very upset at the service that I received and I will never eat from here again if i could give 0 starts i i would
Best breakfast at an airport ever! Most places offer breakfast sandwiches...this is a huge breakfast! I added corn tortillas & sliced avocado & I was stuffed! I even shared my bacon with my hubby <- now that’s a miracle in itself. This place is small, no seating but it’s worth it! Lots of protein & a full belly for a 4 hr flight & one happy customer.Hope this review was helpful :)

The two taco combo with grilled vegetables Baja style with pico de gallo and rice and beans was a good find at Las Vegas Airport
Customer service and employees are the worst, especially Jackie, She is so rude and intolerable.I said good morning like 3 times and she just said I am going to take you order now.They only had chicken. Burrito was cold.
