Fresh good friendly.Las Vegas located in Excalibur. It was late and we were hungry. Shrimp tacos smelled great the vegetarian quesadillas were awesome. This spot sits between the Casino floor and resort tower elevators. It was good period.
Food and employees are great. Manager she is so mean to employees. Including my self she was yelling to an employee right in front of customers. I asked her to please stop and dont treat her employee like that. She told me do not get involved you don't know what's about.I am an engineering manager my self and i do not treat my employees like that. Incident happened 11:00 pm 05/31/22 owner you should know your manager name at Excalibur. Regardscident
This is a favorite of mine when visiting Vegas. It's in Excalibur in the back, stay right if you come in the front doors. My go to choice is their Cheese Nachos for under $9 with taxes. It comes with two types of beans as well so you still get protein and it's served hot with fresh guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.Been my go to now for five years and I'll just coming back.
I love Baja fresh however it's not in a store anymore they're basically in Hotels and airports make it less convenient to visit. I had to pay $8 just to park at the Excaliber to go there. But the food was delicious and was hot and fresh. Not very convenient access to the restaurant
Worst staff with attitude… she wants us to tell each item name which we need in the bowl or burritos… and most items like rice and cheese are extra charge which is a joke… worst Mexican place ever with attitude staff.. I don’t know who hired them… never again will I visit here
My friend and I ended up eating here because we were starving, in a hurry to get to a show and needed SOMETHING! I'd eaten at Baja Fresh before so I knew what to expect. Although I was disappointed they didn't have MORE FRESH salsa (NO pineapple salsa :( or salsa you could serve yourself), it was fast - which we needed. It was also filling. A little on the greasy side (must have been the tortilla because I'm Vegetarian so there wasn't any meat on mine). Wish they'd offer a "fresh salsa bar" like the non-hotel locations do!
Service was quick and courteous even on a busy Saturday night. Ordered a steak quesadilla a little over $12 without adding a drink. Included sour cream, guacamole and tortilla chips; well worth price.
This location is inside the Excalibur hotel. It is ok for a quick snack or a bite to hold you over. I have been to several locations of Baja fresh and several others were much better. From the food to the service. I don't wanna say the service was bad because it wasn't. The employees were just disinterested or not feeling it. They were trying they just did not seem to be happy, maybe overworked. The food was ok, again I have had better quality. I will say that it was closer to closing time, just not the greatest. The place could use a sprucing up. Overall it is ok but that's the best rating I could give it. Good for a cheap bite if you don't wanna leave the hotel.
We enjoyed a chicken quasadilla after a very long walk and was very surprised at the flavor. It was a very good late night snack.
I am from Calif. I was craving Mexican food. Baja Fresh at Excalibur is the WORST SLOP I have ever eaten. I guess they went to the pig farm and brought back the left overs. Do not eat there. I sat in the restroom after bcoz the food gave me an upset stomach. Read other reviews they say the same. Those pictures posted are fake.
