Very nice ambiance. The place is in a very good location and the Harry Potter theme is not too much but also enough to be noticed by someone who isn't a muggle. ;) The banana frapp was awesome because it wasn't too sweet but very flavorful! The "infamous Prosciutto" was also not bad. The portion size of the sandwich was filling, and worth the try! The coffee roasts they have aren't that great, but the flavored coffee is good enough.

Fun experience and great atmosphere. Highly recommended for any caffeine loving muggle.

fabulous coffee, lattes and food. highly recommend

OK, I think one of the main reasons why I only gave two stars is because I was expecting this location to be just as themed towards Harry Potter as the other location. So I was really disappointed. But I decided to give them a chance. I went here around 10 AM, so I didn’t expect them to be really busy, but they were, so I understand why my order took a while. But it took a while for someone to initially take my order, and when I had questions, they couldn’t really answer them, or didn’t answer them like he wasn’t really listening to what I was asking….Anyway, I ended up ordering a lavender mocha which was amazing! I was torn between a regular lavender and a lavender mocha. I wasn’t sure which one would be better. I have to go back to try just a regular lavender to compare since everyone raves about the lavender coffee! This drink was the best part of my whole experience. I also ordered the classic avocado, which is basically avocado toast with egg on top. When I tried it the bread was a little strange to me but the avocado and egg part was amazing! I did think it was a little overpriced for what I got. The place was kind of cute. People came in like at Starbucks to work on their computers. The only thing I saw Harry Potter wise was the tip jar in the front with Dobi the elf, and maybe some owl coffee and souvenirs, but that’s about it. Other than that I think they should work on the customer service in the front inside.

We had both coffee flights, pesto grilled cheese, breakfast croissant and a couple dirty chai. Everything was really good and all the employees were really friendly and professional!

Breakfast burrito is to die for! The only reason for for instead of five stars is that I'm a black coffee drinker. A good cup of black coffee has no bite to it and is smooth. The black coffee here definitely requires creamer and sugar to disguise the bitterness.

Great experience and such an amazing cup of coffee! Seating was comfortable and they brought out my pour over in a carafe that kept it hot with some carbonated water on the side. I can't recommend Bad Owl enough to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. Everything else looked so good it that they brought to other tables so I'll be back to try more things from the menu

No shade being thrown, BUT Bad Owl is bonafide BETTER than Starbucks ANY DAY!!!! My kids LOVED their butter brews! The coffee is phenomenal!! We're planning on making it part of our family outing routine!

Although their espresso roast beans are very good, their customer service is sub par. After bringing back some beans that were ground on the wrong setting they wouldn’t exchange it for me and made me buy a new bag. This is my 20+ bag espresso from here and very disappointed in the service. Will be looking for beans elsewhere.
