We didn't have reservations but were told we could get on wait list. We did and waited over 5 hours and never got a call. Very disappointed ð
Worst service ever
I had expected better from Ceasars, Starting at the uber entrance. It was like coming through the servants entrance, total let down then the walk to the restaurant OMG. Food was quality but the total tonnage of one time use plastic was ridiculous.
Quality has gone down and price has gone up. Not a good combo. Far better options out there.
The buffet was great. Would I do it again? Yes
This place has gone way down hill. Had a reservation for 7:30pm. Waited in line with everyone else that had the same reservation and was finally seated at 8:30pm Unbelievable. Paid $200 for two people. To then see the B sign. They received a B grade from the health inspector. Terrible service. Not one person was friendly or asked if we needed anything except our drink order when we sat down. The food was cold at every station. And the lines to get your food at different stations were very long. The place was at capacity with many seats full or loaded up with dirty food and plates not being cleared. We ate our dinner while the table next to us wasnât cleared. Gross all around. Donât waste your $$$ on low quality food. I did like the truffle mashed potatoes!
Ladies at the cashier were awefull. We asked them to add our Caesars Rewards card and they started to yell at us that it is too complicated and that they had no time to do it. Then the sauce for pasta was tasting like somebody use the dry powder to prepare that. Not enough fresh vegetable and fruit.
