This restaurant is popular for their breakfast menu mainly for having a large pancake selection. The restaurant is called baby stacks, but the pancakes are anything but baby sized! The pancakes are fluffy and light and are tasty. Definitely go for the pancakes but avoid the sandwiches, salads and mostly anything else on the menu. They should stick to the food item that they are good at: pancakes!
There is always a wait so be prepared. BUT it is my ABSOLUTE favorite place to eat. The pancakes are AMAZING. Banana cream pie, rocky road and hazelnut with strawberries are my fav. If you like them extra sweet more like a dessert try the German chocolate or bananas foster. ???? I usually order the Rancheo skillet which comes with a short stack. Just pay a slight increase to make them the specialty pancakes. Great food, always friendly servers.
Have visited this spot several times. Today the eggs were cold. The chicken fried steak was cold and tough meat/ batter. The potatoes also cold and salty!!Advised the server. All she said was sorry. And hauled away my plate with the food still on it. Still paid for it.Last time I will be here at Buffalos location. All she said then was you should have told me sooner. My plate full of food should have been a great indicator and information enough something is wrong.
They have recently renovated their Durango Dr. Locatipn = Nice! Raised menu prices by $1-$2 = Not nice! Reduced quantity of pancakes from 3pc to 2 pc = Not nice! Added a non-cash disbursement charge to your bill if you’re using debit/credit card = Really not nice!!!
Amazing breakfast! We have been here many times and the food has always been great! Our favorite are the Kailua egg Benedict. It has pulled pork, cooked cabbage, poached eggs an English muffin and covered with a delicious Hollandaise sauce. The other is their homemade roast beef hash! Yum
Love this place! I come to Vegas once a year and I always make sure to stop here at least once or twice. EVERYTHING is great you can go wrong with anything on the menu. But if I had to choose I'd go with the German Chocolate pancakes.
This is likely the best breakfast that my family and I have ever had. Pancakes were delicious and innovative. The huevos rancheros were fantastic. The staff was friendly and kept the coffee coming. Highly recommend!!

After seeing the reviews I was excited, but after experiencing it first hand- no review will do it justice.We went at a busy time, had to wait about 45 minutes; and I don’t regret one second of it!Phenomenal service, and even better food! Everyone seems to work well with each other. The portions are plentiful, and the pricing is second to none. Only bad thing I could say was the bathroom I would rate a 3/5 (I assume because it was so busy, and they seemed shorter staffed)zWould highly recommend if you are in the area, or just passing through.

Stopped here on a whim as we were driving to Red Rock Canyon and were so grateful we found this gem. Some of the best pancakes we’ve ever had.
