This has been one of our favorites, until 4 days ago (Easter Sunday 2022). We ordered the usual fare: island omelet with red velvet pancake (an upgrade), Portuguese fried rice that comes with regular buttermilk pancake, 2 coffees. Here’s our experience: 1) Durango Dr. location was recently renovated = Nice! 2) Menu prices were increased by $1-$2 = Not nice, but understandable. 3) Reduced the quantity of pancakes from usual 3 pcs to 2 pcs = Not nice, specially when they had a price increase. The velvet pancake which was an upgrade, did not come free but was an additional charge, still just 2 pcs and not 3. 4) Added a NON-CASH DISBURSEMENT CHARGE to total bill - What the h…. Is this???? Extremely NOT NICE!! Babystacks, why are you passing on to your customers your cost of debit/credit card transactions??? We locals supported your business all throughout the Covid pandemic and this is how you repay us?? Not coming back anymore. You can find the same, if not better, quality of food elsewhere. There are so many local restaurants in the Las Vegas valley serving the same.

A favorite breakfast spot! Tastytraditional to unique Hawaiian plates. Usually busy when i visited but for a good reason. Service is efficient and friendly. You'll love the food. I don't have a favorite and will continue to explore their menu. Enjoy!

Food was absolutely delicious. Service was great. We are visiting Las Vegas and always look for places locals like to eat. I highly recommend.

What a great meal served with outstanding service from the moment I stepped in the door. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Glitter Gulch.

A pancake flavor for everyone. Coffee was good the Portuguese fried rice was delicious. I had carrot cake pancakes with cream cheese syrup. Others on my party had choc chip pancakes, lemon ricotta pancakes and bananas foster. Everyone was stuffed and prices were great!

Ube pancakes on special! Hopefully going to try ube crepes next time. Portugal fried rice. Spam and eggs. White Chocolate macadamia were a bit dry, good with condensed milk from ube pancakes. They didn't need any syrup. Wished it had whipped cream though.

Service is always great. Food is even better :) i think I’ve been to every location and they are super consistent. If you’re visiting from out of town, Babystacks is a must stop. Red velvet pancakes are my fave, but I just found out after eating that they have Ube pancakes so I’m going back for those soon.

Coming from New York, I was actually impressed and blown away by this place. I’m Filipino so to see a place that has American dishes with a Filipino dish, it was just a wonderful experience.Service could’ve been a little better but I guess it was just super busy since it was brunch. Either way, the food made up for that.Even though I’m Filipino I’m very picky with Ube flavored things. I’ve had many ube sweets but these pancakes were top for me. The flavor was rich enough that you can distinctly taste the ube but it wasn’t overwhelming and it definitely was not make-you-diabetic sweet. It was just perfect and creamy too. A lot of places that infuse ube always make it too sweet or too thick that you feel like you’re choking. The sisig plate is a must try. The pork was perfectly crisp but soft on the inside. It was also super flavored alone but they make it with bell peppers onions. The veggies kind of tasted like NY home fries which is great cause it had that kick and extra flavor. Perfect combo, idk why no one has ever thought of cooking sisig like this. The garlic rice was also different. Most places that make garlic rice always end up over cooking and the rice is usually too hard but this rice tastes like it was already made with the garlic. All in all, best local meal I’ve had in LV.

Stopped here on a whim as we were driving to Red Rock Canyon and were so grateful we found this gem. Some of the best pancakes we’ve ever had.
