I got a cinnamon pretzel. It was delicious. I could tell it had been sitting there for a while though, hence the four stars. It wasn't fresh but it did look like they were a little slower with customers so thats probably why. I would still go back. I love their pretzels!!

Both pretzels looked old, so asked. She acted like I was crazy and said they were fresh from oven. Left. We’re old, hard, stale. Could not eat the cinnamon one. Lemonade was watery. Never again.
Pretzel was hard enough to break teeth. How do you run out of small cups in the morning? Rude cashier.

Good pretzels fresh hot and not greasy. More variety would be nice to have. They changed the cheese dipping sauce to some manufactured pre packaged yuck. Having warm cheese sauce is better. Still good snack with beers.
