I have been eating these for 25+ years and I've never had 2 that were so hard, I got them home within 10m and couldn't chew them. How upsetting. ?

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You can find disappointment a lot cheaper elsewhere. I guess I was expecting this to be fresh and yummy, but instead it was stale and old. The establishment was dirty and the staff reeked of misery. Don't bother.

Made a complaint online was told I would receive a coupon on my bad service never received it.2nd time I ordered a pretzel today February 6 , 2021I made a order online this morning was told my order was on it’s way got a call from door dash saying my order was cancelled by auntie Anne’s they didn’t even make the order. Try to call this location was ignoredHorrible service by this company but they know consumers will come back because where else can you get a good pretzel.

This place never has pretzel dogs. This time they didn't have any minis either. The mall still had over an hour to be open. I guess when they run out they just don't make anymore? And when I have tried to order them right after the mall opens nothing has been made either. Maybe have the staff come in earlier than opening so that you have product to sell?
There are two Auntie Ann’s inside of the Meadows Mall. One is adjacent to the food court, the other one is connected to the Cinnabon near JC Penny’s. The one I went to was connected to the Cinnabon. The employee making pretzel dogs was touching his mask and face with his gloves, and was using the same gloves to make food. I also heard him cussing, as neither of the employees were really paying attention to customers; instead they were cussing talking about personal issues. The pretzel dogs were burnt black, and the employees were very unfriendly. Couldn’t even hand me a receipt. Should have went somewhere else.
