We came here plenty of times precovid and one time after. My son wanted to eat Korean BBQ for his birthday. The male waiter was nice but the female waiter was a bit rude. I believe The pricing for kids isn't fair 5-7 is half off. I paid $29 for my 8, 9, and 10 year old and they barley ate any meat. Needless to say, I feel it is not as good now as it was then.

So I ordered Gyoza 만두 ap for $11 and it only came with 7 dumplings. It showed all those sides on Uber eats, but when it arrived there was only those 7 dumplings out of the 8 sides. I also ordered Shrimp Fried Rice 새우 볶음밥 that had 8 sides as well but didn’t have all the sides either. I called them and asked if they could make it and I would come over there to go get it, but the girl over the phone sarcastically said yeah and hung up immediately. It’s false advertisement.

My family did a bday dinner surprise for me at Arirang’s. Food was great, but one of the server (female) was rude the entire time. The male server was excellent and patient with us.This was my second dining there because of their great food.

I've been coming here since opening and loved it since then. I know most restaurants are having a hard time keeping enough staff. With that said I was there eating here with a few friends from college and there was an argument between customer and a waiter. From what I found out about the commotion the waiter had politely asked a group to leave after paying cause they were causing a scene after eating for over 3 hour then complaining about the service. From my point of view the restaurant was full and had more people waiting to be seated with only 2 servers. There wasn't a hostess to help nor buser. The kitchen crew literally came out to clean the tables. And it's making me mad how people can see or understand this and still think about not tipping. This area is notorious for not tipping for good food and good service. So I wouldn't blame them for automatically adding gratuity with the low staff. Most people in this area would take advantage of how busy it is and leave. Shame on some of these people that leave reviews cause they can't afford to tip 15% when eating out. Simple answer is: IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO EAT OUT AND TIP YOUR WAITER/WAITRESS THEN DON'T EAT OUT. Other than how busy it was we love the food and service this place give us everytime we walk in they know what we want with a warm smile.

This was the 2nd time me & the hubby came to this place & honestly it wasn't the best lol only had one server working as we were eating we ordered Gyoza & we only got 2 but the first time we ordered Gyoza we got around 4 or 5 pieces but this time we only got 2 & the server took the tongs from us & insisted of cooking the meat for us . idk if any BBQ restaurants takes tips automatically but apparently the server took $8 out for tips, but before when we moved here a few years ago it was worth it but now "it ain't worth nothing" if I had a choice about tips I wouldn't give tips at all ?‍♀️?

Staff was very nice, and service was attentive. However, the meats were rubbery and half of the side dishes were very low in quality and taste. The streamed egg was overcooked.

Took a gamble and visited the nearest kbbq to my house, the food was good not all that, the problem was the waiter. He kept interrupting our cooking sessions and accommodated it to his liking. There was a point in our session where the waiter snatched the tongs out my hand and started cooking the meat himself. I had cut off the fat off our stake which was almost 50% fat and got mad that I didn’t use it to grease up the grill. They where insisting that we pay the check when the check was being presented. Overall food was okay but service was a bit excessive .

Food was 5 star quality and as you can see we enjoyed it! But alcohol was a little overpriced and there was not enough staff to handle the restaurant and it was only about a 1/3 full. Therefore, I give it 4 stars overall.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced, the waiter forgot multiple food items, took an unreasonable amount of time to take the order and was never around to the point I ended up not ordering more food because she was sitting in the back chatting, never coming over, dropped the check without saying anything when we had to pay upfront, we complimented the food and she could not even be bothered to reply, then when I was paying the bill, she was staring it down and when I decided not to tip, she confronted me about it and kept complaining and being arrogant. Please avoid at all costs.

Not the best Korean bbq I've had, and they charge for every drink, no refills, it's also a little annoying that they come cook your food for you every 5 minutes, kinda defeats the point, but it's a fine price and was clean.
