The cakes are really good and flavorful. My favorite are the Passion fruit and guava. The customer service could be better. The lady that sometimes takes care of us is really nice and professional but the guy is always so rude, even over the phone. He acts like you are bothering him trying to order a cake.
I got my husbands German Chocolate birthday cake here and it was delicious! I was impressed with the service and will be back for any future cake needs! Highly recommend them!
Everyone loved the German chocolate cake and raspberry shortbread cookies for my mom’s birthday. Definitely will be using Andrea’s for future celebrations!
We have been using Andreas World of Cakes since my 1st sons baptism 14 years ago. Not only are the cakes excellent and at a great price for the product but it is great to support local people and business that take pride in their work and put out a great product.
We always order here and they are simply one of the best bakeries in Vegas.
Customer service sucks and needs to be more professional and courteous to paying customers who call and inquire about your Bakery I will never patronize this establishment and I will tell all my colleagues about there disgusting service.
The cake was beautiful and tasty! They were able to put a custom cake together with just a few days of notice. Only reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is because the man who placed my order was rude. I wasn't sure if I was just being sensitive, but as soon as I left the establishment with my 10 year old son, my son said "he was rude!" Which justified the way I felt. He kept cutting me off when speaking, was very short with his replies and seemed overall irritated that we came in and interrupted whatever he was doing in the back. When we came back to pick up the cake, we were greeted by a woman who was extremely kind.
I absolutely love Andrea's World of Cakes. I ordered a birthday cake and it was perfectly beautiful and delicious. Every one in my party wanted to know where did I get the cake. Thank you AWC for making my special day a perfect one.
This bakery is amazing! We got our wedding cake and anniversary cake from here and can’t say enough good things. Both cakes were delicious!! Definitely recommend them.
