We loved adiamos. It is a must every time we go to Vegas. My 1 disappointment was the mashed potatoes. They are usually amazing. Best in the world. Something was off this time. They were still good. Just not their usual greatness.
The good: - Atmosphere is super cool & typical old school steakhouse - Service was great, although the server didnât make any suggestions or explain the menu. The bad: - Strong odor of smoke from casino. Not thrilled to smell smoke while enjoying a steak - The food was bland. We enjoyed our wedge salads but when the hot items we ordered (steak & risotto) arrived, they both desperately needed seasoning. - Steak slightly over cooked. Asked for medium rare, received medium. It was not evenly cooked as some of it was closer to well done, some closer to rare but overall was medium. - Risotto was not cooked properly. The asparagus was still almost raw & my wife had actually totally uncooked rice in her scoop of risotto. Our waiter was apologetic and took it off our bill. Probably a decent option for Fremont but Iâd opt for a pricier steakhouse on the strip next time.
Everything was delicious! The service was outstanding and my boyfriend had a wonderful birthday!
Delicious food and Paul was an excellent server!! Highly recommended. We celebrated after our wedding here and we enjoyed it!!

Everything was delicious. My friend said it was the best meal she had had in ages and the meat was soooo tender. The mushrooms were just like I remember from childhood -so nicely seasoned. Staff were attentive but not overwhelming. Great pre-show meal.
Wife and I were looking for a nice place to sit in Vegas that had that old mob feel with some great food. This place hit the spot! Ambiance was amazing and food beyond good. I would give it six stars if they could find a way to have some live Sinatra/mob cover music going.
Seafood risotto was fabulous, great steak tip and mushroom app, Hugo took great care, a true professional!
