Had the feel good ramen (without cilantro, because it ruins everything it's in) and the vegetable lo mein. They were both very yummy! The taste and price exceeded our expectations. It's a long drive there for me, but I will be returning. Wish they had more locations. Definitely recommend!
This is our go to place when we're in town, always sit at the bar, have always had good service " shout out to Amanda " my wife and I always have something different every time we go, love the orange chicken "note order sauce on side". Vermicelli is also really good, the Pho is great, could keep going. Try it out you will not be disappointed.
Talk about friendly staff and tasty food. Very good portions and the flavor of each soup is distinct and full of flavor. I had a tonkutsu and the pickled ginger set it off. The park was cut thin and flavorful. My sister has chicken ramen and it was super flavorful as the chicken wasn't just placed in the broth. The broth was made with chicken. My brother-in-law had wor-wonton and the shrimp and pork dumplings give the broth so much flavor. The cooks at the bar check on you as well. Not disappointed at all. Definitely heading back.
I have been here a handful of times. The level of service provided has been extremely variable. The food has been pretty decent until this last time. Seems like the chef Lei Wang was more interested in one couple in a busy restaurant service than the restaurant. Hope they either were your best man or writes the checks. They ran out of noodles for a particular dish. It seems like all the sauces and dishes seem to be lacking. The structure and flavors that we've had previously were missing. It was really a disappointment. The floor in the open kitchen looked bismol. You can actually see buildup of all the grease and such on the regular air vents as they are completely blackened around the entrance of the kitchen. Furthermore, this has been the second time my appetizers have beaten my drinks to the table. It's very awkward to be eating an appetizer that is spicy without a drink. It's good food if the chef is focused on production.
This restaurant is tucked away in a far back corner of Red Rock Casino.The staff greeted me and were friendly. I went during lunch time and there was no wait getting seated or placing my order. I decided to dine in. I ordered the feel good ramen. It was good. It was not salty like at many places but I felt like a seasoning was missing. They don’t make their noodles here like at some ramen places. They’re a little pricey compared to some ramen restaurants I have eaten at.The menu is simple and easy to read. There’s something for everyone.The fried wonton and sauce was delicious.
The Noodle Bar has great Asian noodle dishes, and the prices were very reasonable. Everything is cooked to order in their open kitchen. The vegetables were very fresh, and the dishes flavorful. The only disappointment was their cocktails. Maybe it was just a fluke, but my margarita and my wife's drink were undrinkable. They had a really weird taste. Order a beer - you can't go wrong. I thought the food was delicious!
I could eat here everyday! Great food and great service. I had some Pork Sliders (not sure of actual name since the Mgr. gave them to me) and the Orange Chicken with Brown Rice. The 8 Noddle cocktail is delicious as well.
JC is an awesome waiter, super friendly and exceptionally attentive and quick with superb service. Food is good as well but the service here is over the top.
So my wife and I have been passing by this place for years. We love coming to the Red Rock to play. Finally we decided to give 8 Noodle bar a try and when I tell you it was AMAZING! WE WILL BE BACK!!! Food was delicious and our server AMANDA needs a raise cause her customer service was EXCELLENT. Thank you very much Amanda?
This place has an excellent variety of Asian noddle dishes . It is good quality and very fair prices with good sized portions. The only negative is that sometimes the servers are very slow and not responsive at all
