This was easily some of the BEST food we had during our time in Las Vegas. We split the brisket rice which I cannot recommend enough! We also got the bao buns & short rib dumplings which were also delicious and so flavorful. They have a ton of other small plates that also looks amazing. The service was super fast & very friendly as well. We will be back on our next trip!
Omg, my wife and I didn't expect this little restaurant got tucked in the corner of circa was going to be this amazing. This place is underrated. We feel like just been to a michelin rated restaurant! You guys have to try the small dishes. They are around 12 bucks each. Taste is out of this world. And the services was just perfect. We would definitely come back again!
All we had was awesome! Chicken wings were the bomb!
Good food , great customer service !
good service , delivered order fast and very good food
I am severely allergic to ginger and when I walked in, I was worried I wasn’t able to eat anything, however, the guy who took care of us, called over the chef and told me he can change of his ingredients to 93% of his recipes. I’ve never had anyone go out his way to do that so I could enjoy what I wanted to eat. I would definitely come here every time I’m in Vegas. Also all of the menu is the Chef’s recipes and it was AMAZING! If I could give them a 10 stars, I would.
This place has great Asian fusion. There are a few dishes that might hit you wrong with the variety of sauces they use. Our noodle dish had a strong vinegar taste. For the most part the food is very good.Solid 4 Stars.
Oh my God...how can some random place in some random corner of some random casino be SO GOOD!?!? Seriously...this place is worth a trip JUST TO GO HERE!! If you're a fan of really, REALLY good Asian food, this is your spot! Really incredible. Blew all our socks off!!
This restaurant offers so much more than the traditional Asian cuisine. The brisket fried rice and the short rib dumplings were amazing, but we ordered some other things that were very delicious as well. The chicken ginger dumplings, sizzling shrimp, and salt and szechuan chicken wings were absolutely delectable too. Get there at happy hour and get the saki bomb...it’s the bomb ;-) Lastly, our waiter, Micha was so sweet and made my bestie a sweet drink, special. I highly recommend this place.
There’s a parking lot across the street from Circa and then you take the bridge to cross over. Takes you immediately on the second floor where 8 East is located. We got seated right away and ordered a bunch of items to share. It came out super quick. There’s a long bar and behind the bar is the kitchen. We shared between 3 people:-Pork Bella bao: came in two baos for $14Had Cucumber pickles, caramelized pork belly.-Chicken yakatori ($8): 2 skewer thigh meat with a kick of jalapeño sauce-Crispy Pork belly bacon ($14): slowed cook for 6 hours, semi dry and was crunchy. It came with tamarind dipping sauce which can also be mistaken for the Filipino mang thomas sauce as it almost taste the same.-Cumin Lamb chops ($15): basic lamb chops seasoned with salt and pepper and cumin. I’m not a fan of gamey taste but I tried a piece and it wasn’t gamey. It actually needed more flavor. It was bland.-Duck roll: it’s like a thick slice of one inch burrito cut in 4 pieces. It’s small for $14 but very flavorful.-Popcorn chicken skin ($12): my least favorite but my bf loved it. It’s just crispy fried pork rinds (chicharrones). I don’t like the part with the chewy meat, I just like the crispy part. For drinks I got Coconut Breeze beachside it was sweet and refreshing with a taste of alcohol. Also got the Purple Spring Raw Puer tea which was oolong tea and the server said it’s a hit or miss and let us try the pot. If we didn’t like it then we can switch it out. My friend doesn’t like the earthy herbal oolong taste so we switched to Sunrise Keemun Black tea. They have whisky flights that I would to try next time.
