Really fun place! The best part is seeing the door and having the courage to push it open to see what's inside. Once you do, you are treated with a swanky speakeasy with plush seating and overall amazing ambience. Brandy was our server and she was well informed on the cocktails and gave great recommendations. I had the 1923 Old Fashioned which was the best Old Fashioned I have ever had! Really great bourbon and a nice heavy pour. My husband had Al Capone's Mule Kick which was a little tart for him but still good. Really great place to chill and have a nice drink!
A nice cozy bar to visit, especially if you've just emerged from the Minus 5 Ice Bar which this is attached to. Nice seating area and video fireplaces make this a great place to have a drink and enjoy some conversation. With your Minus 5 Ice Bar receipt you get 20 percent off of your first cocktail.
Found this place by mistake ( in the best way possible). The inside is gorgeous and the drinks were superb. Definitely want to waltz in again for more.
I have been wanting to go to this bar since I heard about it several years ago, but I got there too late and it was closed. This was when it first opened and was in a different location than it is now. I have to say the current location is so cozy, creative and transports you to a different time. The hidden entrance/door is everything. The bartenders are friendly, fun, attired appropriately to the theme and make a good drink. I'll definitely be visiting again when I'm back in town.
Loved the atmosphere and decor. Quick service and reasonably priced drinks. Worth a visit.
Great find while randomly walking around. Push open the bookshelf for a beautiful prohibition style bar. Staff is fun and helpful. Drinks are tasty and it's a good place for a cocktail and conversation.
Oh heck yeah. Very nice high end whisky selection and wonderful atmosphere. Hard to find selections with a dark, mysterious ambiance. A very comfortable environment to sip delicious whisky. A must visit if you are whisky connoisseur. Bonus, secret door to enter, fun!
I absolutely love this place! First of all, you enter the bar through a library book case! Speakeasy! The ambience is so amazing it takes you back in time. We even got a place close to the piano player in a nice and cozy spot with couches. They have a burlesque dancer, and a pianist, Troy Romzek , who was amazing! Customer service was great and above and beyond! Cocktails were even more fabulous! We tried the maple bacon old-fashioned, my absolute favorite, mint julep, chocolate martini, mango mai tai, speakeasy Strange rush, and the pineapple chipotle mule. All amazing! I can’t wait to go back here!
My hubby and I found this gem! The bartender Nate was wonderful, and made the visit so worthwhile we went back another day. 10☆ for ambiance and hat as amazing
At first we were hesitant to try to open the door because last time we past this place, the door was open. After finally having the guts, we did as the door said. Push to open, and sure enough, it open to a beautifully decorated bar and lounge. I felt transported back to the Prohibition Era. Like a hidden bar, yet no password needed. We sat by one of their screened fireplaces. I order the maple bacon something drink, can't remember the name as I do this review but I did take a pic from the menu, and it was amazing!Definitely want to come back when they have live music.
