Had lunch at woods family sandwiches for the first time on Friday May 13th cozy little place clean staff is friendly Arlene is a sweetheart she's from Long Island New York as I am myself food is good I had a French dip the London broil boar's Head was delicious and it was cooked just the way I like it nice and rare but it was very little meat on the sandwich and I mentioned it to Arlene and she said well they use 6 oz of me I don't know maybe I like more food on my sandwich for dogs they could be a little more generous it is quality me you there is an extra meat option which is what I think I'll order next time but it was good red was nice and fresh you was not salty very tasty sandwich I took a Italian hoagie home it was okay I've had better and the potato salad is excellent I don't care for the coleslaw and the pickles are terrible anyway all in all it's a good place I haven't tried everything yet Arlene said she makes the chicken salad egg salad and tuna salad so I'll try it
Cold Italian Sandwich was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend. I always love coming to this place.

I have worked in this area for a while and have through the grapevine heard about this place as a good sandwich shop. Even Review journal sings their praise. Unfortunately, I order 3 sandwiches over the phone in order to have them picked up by a colleague. I have never had someone disrespected by an organization so thoroughly. Especially over mediocre food. You can get a better sandwich out of a Smith's Deli. Well there went any chance of a catering order or anything from me. If the owner cares to actually learn what happened. feel free to reach out as the person at the sandwich shop said there was no manager or owner in the store.
Totally unacceptable the way their front counter lady treats everyone. If you want a rude staff that when they screw up your order refuses to apologize and literally points blame at you, then this is the spot for you. Your food is ok but the poor service overshadows everything else. I won't be returning and will no longer consider catering options there. Get Jersey Mikes or Capprioties where the staff is taught to treat the guest with respect.
This is THE BEST sandwich shop I've ever tried! Turkey is my favorite but they're all great. Always fresh and tastes delicous. I wish there was one in AZ! It is now a tradition to stop here on our way out of Vegas every time. I look so forward to it on our regular trips!
The customer service here is horrible. Call in around lunch time and you are sure to catch an attitude from the lady answering the phone. Attitude when I ordered it, attitude when I picked it up, and attitude when I called back very politely to tell them that the sandwich I was given the wrong order. I was told it must have been my own fault and I probably ordered it that way.
Solid sandwiches made with boars head. Fresh stuff! Would have given 5 stars but they’re kinda light on the meat compared to pictures on menus and walls… my sandwich was ordered with extra meat and it was still “skinny”Worth trying once.
