Normally really great customer service from all Wingstop’s. This particular wingstop I will never patron again as they dried out my wings completely and did not season any of my lemon pepper seasoning on the wings or fries that I ordered. When I called to tell them what was wrong with my order I was rudely cut off and put on hold several times. When the gentleman got back on the phone he sarcastically laughed and said that I could not speak to the manager and he said that I could have my fries remade only. I am taking back the order and getting a refund because at this point it doesn’t even matter how much gas is. If your customer service is terrible I won’t patron at the establishment.
Wings are very good as always. Had the mild, Hawaiian and mango habanero. The mango at WS is probably the best in my opinion. Fries always good. Service was just ok. Disappointing to see ice on the floor that none of the staff bothered to clean up even after seeing.
new chicken sandwiches are fairly gross. biting into them feels like biting into raw chicken. its very weird and unpleasant. threw away everything but the fries
When I order my food last week they forgot my veggie and today when I got my good I had to wait because my food was not ready and the people couldn’t speak right English
If you come in Ask for forty like the # she was super nice and made our Parmigian wings soo good we asked for extra and man did she hook it up it was so delicious I'll definitely be coming back to this location
Love my chicken fried hard. Wish they'd cooked it a little longer. But overall, everything was good!
Chicken wings and boneless wings are delicious same goes for the fries and ranch dressing taste very good.
Food here is good. Service for the most part is good. Having said that, there is a male employee here with a shaved hairstyle up in a ponytail who has the worst customer service ethic I've ever experienced. If you go to this location.....AVOID HIM AND HIS ATTITUDE AT ALL COSTS!

Their food was terrible, I used to work for Wingstop and the staff at this restaurant did not achieve the basic standards that every Wingstop is supposed to reach. My food was so bad that I ended up throwing it away after eating 2 wings
