Hate leaving this, alas here we are. Ordered online at 6pm for pickup (having done so enough times to know it works). Walked in at 6:25 expecting the food to be about ready. Welp, lucky me, my order ticket was still sitting untouched on the printer. Regular girl working the counter can only muster a “oops, it will be at least 20 minutes” as she takes the ticket and walks away to have it started. Can’t even get a my bad, apologies sir or even a sorry about that.The food is fine. The help absolutely sucks.
Went here on 3/14/22 and the food was great. Sauce was really good, the cashier was really nice, and the wings and fries were cooked perfect.
Literally, the best wings in town. The Asian zing is my absolute favorite flavor. Friendly & efficient service.
The wings are always epic! Crunchy, flavorful, BIG, delicious wings!! I’ve gotta try the catfish and shrimp next, but even the tenders are the real deal. None of the spongey nasty junk. Real chicken, my kids love it, family digs them, even my mother-in-law gave it a passing grade!! Oh and their customer service from my personal experience has been stellar!
I ordered a 12 piece wing only for 16.95. You have to pay extra for ranch or blue cheese which are tiny cups. I got the mild wings and lemon pepper. My total was 19.19 and tipped. I saw they even charge for celery in carrots. I got my order but could barely taste any wing sauce and I went back to ask for dash of wing sauce. She said I can't see the wing sauce because it's soaked in the wing I would have to pay. I it's not there it's almost plain not mild. This was like a minute or two. As a owner of a restaurant this like charging for ketchup with your fry . Their was No sauce on the wing I paid for and if so barely there. As I left the gentleman in the back tried to remedy the situation. I was totally humiliated by then and wanted to leave. I didn't want extra I wanted what I paid 20 dollars for. HER ANSWER WAS IT WAS SOAKED INTO THE WING ! I have waited tables for 30 years and the problem was obvious. You can tell that maybe not her choice to give me that answer but a management choice. So every answer will be we charge. The pictures show sauce on the wing.. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND A PLACE THAT IS SO GREEDY. I didn't want to have to ask for sauce. I should have just got a refund ?
I will be honest… I was kinda hesitant to try this place… you can never be too careful of a place just called wings… but when I went in there it smelled so good! I ordered hot wings and garlic parm fries… first off wings came out hot and I love that because there are places that serve them to you room temp. The ranch is so delicious… and thats coming from a ranch fan. The hot sauce they use stuck to the chicken which loaded it with flavor.Going there a second time I tried the garlic parmesan fingers… all I can say is amazing… the flavor of the garlic and parmesan soaked in to the chicken! I’m going there often for sure!
They are the Best wings in Henderson and Las Vegas Valley hands down,if there was a wing challenge they could take down all the others with one bite..
A bit expensive for current price of wings and no sense in ordering ahead because I'm still always waiting at least 15 minutes after pick up time. Overall, good quality and taste but why do the fries taste sweet.
I normally love this place, however called to place order for pick up as I always do, put on hold and then disconnected. I called several times with no.luck of them actually answering the phone. I drove over to place order and wait for food. I mentioned to girl about phone...she says yeah we're really backed up...you would do a lot more business if you had better service. Mind you we get wings every Sunday from this place. I may be looking for a new wing place. This is NOT the first time I have had this experience.
