This restaurant is really above and beyond.Not only is the service fast and efficient,the food is always above par.Highly reccomend and my go to Chinese restaurant in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
I authenticated my credit card online and when they arrived they said cash only. Not only were they rude the driver was basically telling me I was wrong. I gave their food back to them. Friendly reminder to this joke of a company customer service is key and freaking bottom line at any cost is to make it right. I could have easily resubmitted the card. They didn't even try to resolve it.
The food is great! Big portion sizes and definitely affordable, especially their lunch menu. The guy in the front isn’t so friendly, that’s the only downside. I look for great customer service and I don’t get that from U Ni. Other than that, speedy service and great food. Try the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice. Chefs kiss!
A flyer came in the mail and it looked so good I had to try it! I got the lunch special with sweet and sour pork, chow mein and potstickers. It was all delicious and the service was super fast! Would definitely come here again!
Wow! I've seen this restaurant a lot of times and I missed a lot from not going there. The food is amazing. It's delish! This will be my Go to Chinese restaurants fr now on. I highly recommend.
Saddened at how quality has slipped. Delivery cost was $4.00 (not including the tip) and I waited almost an hour, paid online, and was asked to pay again in cash when my order arrived. Rice was under cooked (it had transparent lumps that were not what cooked "white" rice looks like and the lumps were soggy) and food was cold (probably because it took nearly an hour to get here). Crispy noodles were RANCID!!! No soy sauce, no red sauce for the rancid noodles either. With the raise in cost, our family cannot afford to spend such money on such poor quality. For such bad food, the wait time, and the mixup at the door asking for payment in cash when I specifically asked NOT to have my doorbell rung, I figure we paid a whole lot of money for bad food and rude treatment. We're done. I don't know what happened, but I consider this almost a theft. You've lost our trust and our business.
We live around the corner from this shop and they have consistently delivered good food quickly when we order (like once a week) and often throw in free eggrolls etc for larger orders. Their vegetarian options are pretty awesome and we order the sesame balls dessert every time. When I’m sick the sizzling rice soup from U Ni is my go to feel-better food! The few items we dislike on their menu are mostly due to personal preference. Classic Americanized Chinese restaurant.
It used to be my favorite Hong Kong crispy noodlen I can get. I came here since they were China Garde. I’m so disappointed that I came all the way here and my friends and family is coming to have dinner. I ordered only for myself and about to get a seat but the cashier said no dining WT* I asked why last time I could dining and he said maybe daytime. I told him they should update they information on website and social network. I barely give 1 star if you can see. Actually never but not this time.
I will love to give 5 stars but can't cause your food is so good but i don't like the way the front desk guy treat his chefs #justsayso
I'm from San Francisco & used to delicious Chinese food. U Ni Express is quite good. I'm very happy with what I ordered. I'll definitely order again. Delivery was fast & food was hot. Just one thing.....a little too much ginger in the egg rolls. This restaurant is a win!
