Out of the Tropical smoothie establishments this is the WORSE of them ALL. Staff is lazy there is no attention to details when completing your order. Staff always runs out of ingredients. I have noticed that the staff take extensive breaks by closing either the drive thur or the door for customers not to enter. ⚠️ WARNING Don't go here. TO THE OWNER INSPECT YOUR STAFF, YOUR GOING TO LOSE $$$$

Just because it advertises 24 hour drive thru doesn't mean it actually does, sure the store was open and there was someone in there, but if you go to the drive thru box no one will answer you and no one will come to the window.

Service was very slow. The Thai Chicken wrap had too much sauce that others I've had in the past and the Detox Island Green had too much banana and hardly any ginger in it

Terrible Terrible Terrible smoothie watered down wrap disgusting I've been calling for a week to get a refund no answer like I've called atleast 30 times what kind of business is this. I understand that the pandemic things have shifted so I try to allow grace but this place is ridiculous they need new management or something I've came to this location multiple time and each time it's Terrible. Can someone contact me so I can get a refund geesh

Horrible decision today. I love Tropical Smoothie’s Bahama Mama and ordered it from my nearest location and that was the biggest mistake that I made today. I ordered three smoothies and they were all watered down (tasted like water and the consistency was mostly water-like and less smoothie-like). Also, I ordered two Edible Strawberry Straws and got two Lime flavored straws instead, and one of them was broken in half! Smfh. Never ordering from this location again, stay away! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Haha, I'm laughing at the few who claimed fast and efficient customer service. This is by far the worst waiting experience I have ever had at any customer related establishment in all of my 35 years!This location is super convenient for me so I have given them a multitude of chances to get it right. While I do understand the economical difficulties and staff shortages, I do feel there are wayyyyy better ways to run a business than this. Perhaps lessening your open hours to maximize your team strength. People, that means **if you don't have an adequate amount of employees to run your establishment, perhaps you shouldn't be open for AS MANY hours so that you can have enough staff per shift to provide proper customer service for every customer.**The front door is typically ALWAYS locked- even with the OPEN sign on.The drive thru takes about 20 minutes to get someone on that speaker, IF they ever show up to take your order.When they do take your order you better hope there aren't any cars ahead of you because you are guaranteed to wait 15-20 minutes per vehicle. (In no way am I exaggerating here. I've gone through it more times than I care to admit.)You've already given your order to the speaker, but when you get to the window, the same person who took your order has no idea what you ordered. (It's all making sense as to why we are all waiting well past OUR work-breaks being over to simply get to the window to just recite your order once more, right? What in the actual f**kery is going on here?)When you finally get your order.....it's nothing that you ordered. Far from it. I've had simple mistakes such as adding berries to a smoothie that didn't call for berries (WATCH YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES- DO NOT COME HERE!). I've also experienced a poor teen boy try so hard, left alone with zero guidance from neither fellow co-workers nor management. He straight up said, "I am so sorry, my co-worker is on break and we haven't heard from our manager. I haven't learned how to make the wraps yet and I can't find the laminate with the step by steps instructions." I told him which ingredients went on my wrap. The poor thing was so overwhelmed and apologetic, I felt so badly for him, but also admired his determination as I would have walked right out being left in his shoes. He did forget to add the sauce, but we had previous communication and I understood the situation he was in so although my daughter refused to eat the wrap sans sauce, I wasn't going to make a thing of that.I'm not typically someone who writes reviews, but after today's ridiculousness, I had to let others know. Those with food allergies. Those with blabber issues. Those with crabby babies/toddlers/teenagers in the car. Once you hop in that line, you're there. You've committed. Hope you have up to an hour to kill.

Everytime I come to this tropical smoothie I have an issue. One of the workers always looks high. Another time they told my sister they can’t make her two sandwiches because “he’s by himself”. Another time they messed up the whole order and now a lady said she can’t make food because she’s backed up by herself. I loved topical smoothie but this one is not it.

Came in during my break twice ! The first time ever coming to this location I tried going inside to order, but the door was locked and the only person inside was sitting down and motioning for me to go around in a really passive aggressive manner. Dine in on the door says it’s supposed to be open from 9am to 9pm weekly so why is that not the case ? Otherwise the owner needs to get more staff for the morning shift. So I proceeded to go through the drive through sat there a few minutes and finally get to the window to order kid tells me that I was supposed to order back there near dominoes and was going to tell me to go back around but then says he can just tape my order there. Whole time he looked very irritated and was saying how he was the only one working so he couldn’t give me certain things. I left very unsatisfied and felt like he had a very bad attitude.The second time, today. I am able to go inside there’s 3 people working and apparently not one person is able to take my order. I’m standing there for 10 minutes, with only one other person in front of me. I finally get to the front and tell them I want a chicken pesto flatbread with no cheese add romaine lettuce and sub for plantbased meat. When my order is finally ready I take it and drive back to work. Mind you I usually check my food before I leave but today I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I get all the way back to work and get inside ready to eat my food and see that it only had pesto and plantbased chicken nothing else. Not even the stuff that it usually comes with such as the tomato, I specifically paid extra for lettuce and didn’t even get that. Overall I’ve only been to this location twice and both experiences left terrible tastes in my mouth. Their service is horrible save yourself a trip.

This is THEE worst experience I've ever had. All the 1 star reviews are there for a reason. Pull in to the drive thru and they tell me to wait... OK. 15 minutes later I decide to back out and go inside. There's 0 cars in the drive thru and 0 customers inside... but 3 "employees". What are they doing you ask? On their phones eating Domino's. I ask them if they were going to have me sitting in the drive thru all night and their response was "we didn't know you were there!". So a ghost has the headset now? I then ask why would I just randomly walk in and ask that question. Like who does that? Anyway, the one with the headset on that told me to wait thought it was funny. I ask for a managers number "she's not gonna answer you, she doesn't even answer for us". OK, is there a manager that's there in the daytime? "It's Maria but she's never here". Now the girl with the headset starts yelling "we can make it now!!" Like screaming it. I asked who she's screaming at and she does that teenage thing "oh I was screaming at the machine". I understand if you're busy and there's a wait... but you're sitting down eating wings and on FaceTime? All 3?!? Nah.Avoid this place at all costs. And I'm prepared for the robo response from the "owner". I'm petty and will rent a billboard so everyone knows how terrible this place is.

Overall bad experience and I didn't even purchase food. I was instructed to wait at the window by a worker because she was understaffed at the time and was doing everything herself. We waited for about 15-20 minutes. Then when we were finally able to order I named just one item and she states "Like I said I'm the only one here and I'm backed up 3 orders so it's going to take 15 minutes to complete the order". That was just the first item. I told my wife we're leaving. I'm sorry the lady is working by herself but there is no excuse for us to wait there for 30+ minutes while there is no traffic at the drive-thru window.
