Can’t complain about the old things that happened! The new things that are happening is speed of service, customer service and making new memories! Great attitudes great people all around! We be quick to talk down on things because of past experiences just know it’s nothing how your making it out to seem now!! Be true to others and your self god bless!!
What has happened to this location? It used to be great with employees who were friendly, cheerful and eager to take food orders but recently the employees are just flat out rude and seem so annoyed that they have to help you. There are a few workers who are still friendly and I appreciate them! I do hope this location gets it together soon.
Food and smoothies are good but the service is is very slow and yes the drive through has you trapped if I could have left I would have

In the beginning, I came here often for a healthier last minute lunch; then over the past year every time I came, there was always a reason why I couldn’t order any food, and they could only make smoothies. I only came to this location for the drive thru option. If you want to go, I suggest you call ahead and ask if they can make what you want- and then check your order before you leave the lot, so if it’s wrong (I’ve only experienced this once) you can go in and they can fix it. The issue isn’t with the young underpaid staff, but management and owner. Working both the food industry and retail management for years, I get inconveniences happen, but repetitive inconveniences without setting a plan to mitigate them in the future is a management/owner responsibility…that’s why management gets paid nearly double, they aren’t just overpaid babysitters, but responsible for the outcome of the location’s success. Do better please.
Slow to take order. Slow to create smoothies, atmosphere was loud music, smell of oil. Bathroom somewhat clean, although toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Do not know who owns this franchise location, but they understaff the crew, have quick turnover of staff. Sad, really good product but owner(s) do not invest enough to make place worth visiting often. This has been happening for years!
I went in to order a smoothie and a sandwich. At first things seemed to be okay, until the girl who made my smoothie, was actually MAKING A PHONE CALL WITH HER PHONE IN HAND, while making my smoothie!! I was listening to her talk on the phone, “hey girl, what’s up?” And laughing and talking on the phone while I’m sitting there WATCHING her make my smoothie!!! The guy wearing the hoodie, (apparently this is allowed??) was making my sandwich. After the other nice young lady in there poured my smoothie into the cup and gave it to me, and the hoodie guy gave me my sandwich, I left. Once I got home and was about to start eating my sandwich, I realized the chicken was completely MISSING from it!! So I drove all the way back there, only to give them their sandwich back and request a refund. The girl had to actually call the manager to get this approved, and NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED for messing up!!! I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN!!!! Train your staff better!!!! So unprofessional!! Not what I expect from tropical smoothie.
Ordered a Cranberry truffle last night and the recipe doesn't call for bananas. I am extremely allergic to bananas so I assumed it would be safe. I was wrong and broke out to the point of my throat closing. Don't go here!
I just placed an order via the app and processed successfully (see photo). I arrive to the store a few mins later and this kid in the drive thru tells me they never received my order. I show him my phone with order confirmation.I ask him that my card has been charged so could you make it? “No I can’t do that”, he replies.Instead of offering a solution he just sits there and stares at me.I try to cancel the order via the app and it says to call the store. I ask him if this is the number (pointing to my phone). He says he doesn’t know. (Instead of looking for it)I ask him for a refund. He says he can’t do that either.Extremely disappointed. This kid was let loose to customers without proper training or he’s lying about the whole ordeal.
