I really love the salads and smoothies here. Even the other food looks good and a healthier option. However, there seems to be something wrong consistently everytime I order. The first time I ordered I got the Thai Chicken salad and dragonfruit smoothie but missing the sweet potatoes. Not too much of a big deal since mistakes happen. Next day, I ordered the same Thai Chicken Salad again with sweet potato side and the Green Detox Smoothie only to get a different order. Instead of the salad, I got it in wrap form. I cannot blame the workers since they could have gotten confused by the name "Thai Chicken" being in either the salad or wrap. I ordered in the UberEats app so I get the pictures along with the name. I'm not sure if the workers see the same thing or just "Thai Chicken." All in all, either please be careful with the orders or please make the name for Thai Chicken more distinctive between the salad and wrap that way the workers don't get confused. Example call it "Thai Chicken Salad" for salad and "Thai Chicken Wrap" for wrap on the app.
I was in there today 6.8.21 around 145pm. The kid at the counter was eating huge bites of food, while talking with his mouth full and asking what people wanted to order. It was disgusting, a heard a random other customer also comment on how disgusting he was being at the ordering counter. He was dark haired and tan.I watched a child go into the kitchen that was super dirty and get free food. This location is a wreck. Super unsanitary.
I love the new Dragon smoothie that’s what keeps me coming back every morning as of recently. However, the attitudes I have encountered from almost every employee is ridiculous it’s almost like they don’t want to be there. It makes it very cool uncomfortable to prefer and than the music so loud I can’t even hear who taking my order and they don’t speak up. I’m really no interested in spending my money there no more if this is how they treat their customers.
(updated) This location went from 3* to 1*. I ordered a drink & salad. I got my salad within 10min and my drink took another 20min. The staff made drinks for everyone who ordered after me. They forgot my order 3x. I asked about 5min after getting my salad. The 2nd time I asked (15min in) I heard one staff member laugh and say "shes going to be waiting all day". Its a bunch of kids working, joking around and swearing the whole time.
Ordered through Uber eats. Ordered two wraps and a flatbread with 2 bananas and baked lays as the sides. Instead I got 3 totally different bags of chips. The chipotle chicken was missing tomatoes and it looks like a different sauce was put on (was reddish and tasted sweet) then wiped off so they could put the chipotle sauce on it. The beach bum was so bland and none of it was worth paying for. This location sucks honestly.
Service was great. I’m just shocked at how much sugar these drinks have. Some are like drinking 3 cans of coke. Healthy my rear
The employees are working really hard to get all the orders ready, still we’ve been waiting for 50min Now and that is not acceptable, especially knowing that I am picking up an order placed over the phone 15min prior showing up!This is Bad, Gonna be the last time until they have more employees or show a faster process
I don't like to give negative reviews on my first visit so I always go a second time, you never know when someone is having a bad day. So today being my second visit I stood in front of the counter for over 5 minutes while I watched 4 people in the back talking, finally someone acknowledged me and came up. The cashier was miserable you could tell she did not want to be there, the entire time I was in the store I never saw her smile once. After I ordered several people walked in and you could see the annoyance on her face. While I was waiting I watched several workers go to the restroom and not wash their hands when they got in the back, a couple of them had long hair and it was not pulled back just simply under a hat and they kept pushing it off their shoulder not washing their hands, i was thankful he was not making my smoothie. The smoothie was not worth the 7 dollars I paid for it. I got the sunrise sunset and it tasted more like a mango smoothie. It was very watery and to be honest I thew it away at target next door.
The guy working was really nice even when I kept having changes to my order due to my kids calling with different things. The smoothies are huge and really fresh tasting
This isn’t for all staff, just the cashier. Cashier was rude and didn’t even acknowledge me or ask what I wanted, I just started ordering. You should work on your customer service skills.
