This is a very special restaurant for sushi. We had all the normal items, Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Halibut. Octopus. Red Snapper, and Scallops. I was introduced to something special Sweet Shrimp. This is the only species of shrimp which are best enjoyed raw. They are cold water northern shrimp known and named for their sweet taste. The heads are served with the shrimp but are deep fried and eaten like a potato chip. This was really special and I can’t wait to have it again. My wife’s son and I enjoyed all the sushi. My wife had the Dinner Box, Miso soup, Salad, Tempura Shrimp and Vegetables, Gyoza, Chicken Katsu and rice. While the sushi was super good the batter on the tempura and gyoza was very heavy not like a normal light tempura batter, not tasty. Her son’s fiancée had again something special the Cucumber Passion with No rice. Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab, avocado, sprouts, wrapped with cucumber with chef’s special sauce. I had a piece and yes very good. Service was very friendly from when you walk in there is a greeting as well as when you walk out.

I went here during lunch time. The food was great and seems to be priced according to the quality. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because when I went there they only had one waitress and she was crazy busy running around from table to table. I actually felt bad for her. They definitely need to find more help. 5 star to the waitress ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Aiko and the team at The Sushi wouldn't want me to say this but I'm going to anyway. THE SUSHI IS THE BEST SUSHI IN THE WORLD. PERIOD. I EFFIN' LOVE THIS PLACE. P.S., try the chocolate cake now. Do it now.
Love the sushi, good not great service but the food is amazing. My mouth still waters over the spicy tempura rolls
We eat here often. The sushi is always fresh and the variety is great. It’s our go-to for sushi in Henderson. Staff is friendly and food is delicious! Get the Screaming O, Or Dave-O, yum!!
