This location sucks! So many new people are constantly being hired and they don’t listen a few days ago I ordered a snowy mocha and it was terrible it was not sweet like it always is…let alone the color was off I don’t know who made my drink but that was the last straw for me I’ve spent so much money here including purchasing $50 gift cards on multiple occasions and I’m done keeping this establishment in business and the owner is very skimpy on the whip cream it looks like cat turds…the prices have went up and I’m paying for something that’s not even right I’m going back to Starbucks!!!
Love the blended Matcha! Unfortunately “Coffee Shop” sigma has come 2 East “HenderTucky”!!! As a community wife I’ll say we must work a little harder at maintaining a reputation of excellence. This is not Las Vegas & we like it that way. Great new businesses are in town however it gives other opportunities to exploit new possibilities! Keep Henderson wholesome! Less race based hate (i.e. making BLACKS wait longer in line…flirting with WHITE husbands of BLACK women…you know, the EXTRA) more respect for self, Family & God! Fantastic coffee with bold rich flavors! A little bit more expensive than Dutch Brothers, scooters or Starbucks. I actually prefer the drinks here to the others. We went on a trip to Arizona and found one in bullhead City. I did not know they had one here until we went. Sign up for the app if you choose to go here. They have a rewards point program like the other places. Definitely will be going back for more ?
What happened to the human bean?? They used to have such wonderful coffee at a good price but today I just spent 8 dollars for a watered down blended mistake that I wouldn't dare associate with this place any time before recent. I do not know why but the coffee used to be relatively well priced with good quality but this just wasn't it. I'm so heartbroken for my former favorite coffee spot.
So, both my latte and my husband's breve were watery. How is that managed? Tastes like hot vanilla water.. Very disappointed.
The manager is very rude also some of the girls don’t listen well. They never put whip cream I had to correct one of them and then the next day it happens again. Another thing that happens a lot here is making their customers wait/hold them up while they have their little side conversations. It’s as if they act like you aren’t there it’s so unprofessional and next time I will have names!
This review is as doordash delivery driver the employees are always very nice and usually very fast. just started noticing that been getting the order is ready for pickup message right after I get the order and of course order is not ready so I rushed over for nothing but like I said they are fast so not big deal
Super friendly and the best coffee in Henderson! I really love that their coffee is ethically sourced and their stewardship programs support coffee farms and farmers all over the world!
I am an ex-barista from Starbucks, and this is the best coffee shop in town. They are truly the "neighborhood coffee shop" and I love the service and prices. The flavors are more authentic to me than anything Ive made while I worked for The Bux. Truly an awesome little shop, and Ill be making it my regular stop for coffee from now on. Ill happily walk a mile for this place
Great service & staff! Love your guy's coffee & especially your Frappuccinos! ?And I love the fact that you guys give your special chocolate coated espresso beans with every coffee you serve. And you guys are just the best all the way around. You guys might even be better than Starbucks!!
