I’m not impressed with this place! I have tried it several times to be certain! Hash browns aren’t cooked well. The French Toast was okay. On this visit I tried the Tuna Melt, it made with eggs and I don’t eat eggs. I’ll only recommend this place if you’re an egg eater. The French fries were awesome.

The Cracked Egg is the perfect spot to eat breakfast!! The service is friendly, fast, and always engaged. I ordered the western omelet, which was made perfectly. Plus, my coffee cup was always topped off. If you are in the area and looking for a good breakfast spot, check out The Cracked Egg.
So happy to be able to dine in with my hubby and our son and have the time to enjoy the kicken potatoes with scrambled eggs. We use to come here all the time but since we moved a bit further away. We had the opportunity to swing by and have lunch. The food is always good and coffee I enjoy all the time getting my refills to wake up. If you get the chance to swing by and check this restaurant out. It will not disappoint! The service is always spot on and seating is pretty quick, cleanliness is always spot on. So happy to eat here.
I had breakfast with my daughter here, and didn’t find anything bad, but it was nothing special at all and completely average. I also agree with the other reviews of the cold hash browns that are not crispy. We also waited a very long time for our food. Pancakes were completely average or below average. Honestly IHOP tastes better.
I get that we arrived at prime time (10:15). We were seated in a reasonable amount of time. We then waited. And waited. Finally we ordered. And waited. We finally were served at 11:45. The food was ok, but not something worth the long wait. We had breakfast.

For a place named the cracked egg, you'd think they knew their way around when it came to cooking with them. Not so much. Hash browns came to the table soggy and barely crisped. Over medium eggs were barely over easy. Not a good look for a breakfast restaurant.
What a hidden gem in Henderson NV. The service was amazing, the food was delicious. Dave was a wonderful, brightened my day.
Tried The Cracked Egg after an intense workout. We were going g to share an egg white Denver omelette and requested two plates. We were so shocked and thankful when they turned one very large omelette into two perfectly sized mini omelette's.Our waitress was attentive, the restaurant was clean and the staff was so welcoming and kind. We will 100% be back to try more deliciousness.
Had breakfast today, Dec 31, and the wait for our food was very long. I agree with a previous review- their potatoes are terrible and my seasoned potatoes were barely warm.. they obviously are pre-frozen and not freshly prepared. We wont be eating there again.
