No size variation. I would love a smaller option.Cold brew was decent.They asked how many “pumps” of honey I wanted, which to me is not a great sign because it usually means you are getting artificial honey flavor and not actual honey. I said I didn’t want it too sweet and asked if two pumps would be too much. They said that should be good. It was not good. It was so overly sweet. They should have warned me.
I'm not a big fan of their coffee because I'm all about Dutch Bros., but I love their iced peach tea. It's not too sweet and every drink is like taking a bite out freshness. Also the outdoor seating is perfect to enjoy on a warm day to savor alone or share with a friend.
Awesome service, cashier Haidee, was very nice, chill, and respectful, drinks were really good. Customer service was 10/10. Highly recommend to come back hear for the good drinks!
I bought a can of Vanilla powder from them a week ago and I just realize that will expire soon I went back to exchange it for a longer expiration date which they have now plenty on the shelf and the manager wouldn't do it . Got them the receipt and they still didn't do it What happen to customer service ? They were very rude and unprofessional The girl who actually ring me up and sold me the can acted that she doesn't know anything and I know that she does because I asked her a lot of questions when I bought the product . They don't have a clue how to keep their customers happy . They lost lot of them We are not coming back .
One employee was nice but she was new. Asked for dark roast, the other employee seemed put off said 10 minutes, I said ok, he came back 2 minutes later with a light roast. I went to Starbucks and got what I asked for. She was really nice.
The coffee here is great. This is a great alternative to Starbucks for which I am not much of a fan. They are are far smaller company that offers full bodied, wonder coffee. Please try this brand if you get the opportunity. Their prices are great too!
Actually respected my Medical exemption. Coffee was delicious and on point. Will return again during these crazy times. Still confused why anyone ask for a mask when after you pay you get a coffee or beverage and then take your mask off.
Walked all the way over here from Green valley just to find out they don't have cookie butter blended drinks right now. Makes me wonder what else they're out of stock on. Absolutely ridiculous. Someone is not doing their job. Don't waste your time just go to starbucks, they are never out of stock on any of their drinks. Wanted to give this place a try and already a bad experience with drinks out of stock. Avoid it all costs!
This business taught me a hard ugly lesson about reality. I visited here a lot for "The District" but now I have a bad taste in my mouth b/c of the disgusting behavior and attitude of Coffee Bean regarding disabled people! I spent a lot of money here, was a long term customer, and brought people here. Most of the time customer service went well and it's expected when you go in numbers, but that's not where they show their true colors...This is when: This business willfully acted out in ignorance violating the ADA law against me a disabled person when I went alone. I have an exemption from wearing masks but they refused to serve me and even rudely told me, "I could go else where!" I took the matter up w/their website but they allowed the manager to go ahead w/violating the ADA Act law. The mask mandate DOES NOT give any business the right to violate the Disability Act Law which overrides any mandate. I did disclosed I have a medical condition (asthma) - they refused to serve me violating the ADA Law. JSYK: No mandate can violate ADA laws, and ignorance will not be excused by a mandate; willful lack of education will not exempt discrimination, it's the business's responsibilty to know their part as a business regarding the ADA Act <<
I don't wear them. They don't work and have detrimental effects. Recirculating the bacteria back into your body that you're supposed to breathe out over long periods of time weakens the immune system, the lack 30% lack of oxygen to the brain and over time also has it effects. They are not effective at slowing the spread, maybe 30% at best. Considering and outweighing all the facts and statistics as well, I choose to be free and not wear, if when and where I'm attempted to be forced to or refuse service, I will gladly explain and take my business elsewhere. I hope everybody finds out the truth about everything going on and stand up for whats right and to distguish between good rules, leaders to follow and bad rules and leaders not to follow and be controlled by. Dont follow and then enforce corruption on others, but most times its just because people don't knowbthe truth and need the courage. It's tike for Americans to stand up and realise the bigger picture of whats at stake and jeopardy, and if we don't become aware and don't anything about it in time, then we are right on track to losing a free country. Stand up, freedom isn't free, we have to fight for our rights or more will be taken away. You are the change, be the change on an individual basis, each person, rise up, its past time.. The bible talks about truth and the signs of the times. Deep down and more importantly its a spiritual battle, good and evil, truth and deception.. EtcThank you and God bless you!!
