I've bee coming here for a long time. Always get 6 wing combo with all flats. The nice girl says they don't do that anymore. I said "why?...and she tells me new management. Get my order and the fries are less than half of what they used to be. Bad new management. On the plus side the wings were as good as ever. I probly will get my wings elsewhere tho
Never tried it before, pictures looked awesome, unfortunately our chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. Coleslaw was good. Fries were already cold and soggy, guess thats what you get if you order for delivery. No ketup, and no place to add a request to customize your order..My opinion is if you are going to offer a delivery service, figure out a way to get it to your customers so they can enjoy it. I would not reorder, even if I could visit the restaurant, I'm not sure it would be any better.
First time trying this place. It was amazing. Lady Colleen took our order gave us her inputs on her favorites. Which we went with, Just delicious, chicken so moist and juicy, fries fresh. No old dirty oil fried in, just fresh .Coslaw different but good tasting. We will be back to try all the rest. Great service and cleanliness. Thank you for a good food at a resiable price.
I have gone to the Chicken Shack quite a few times. The chicken fingers have a nice, crispy, batter on them. Not too hard and not too soft. It has a nice, sit down atmosphere and food usually comes out hot. My only critique is the french ?. They are not bad, but not great either. The taste of the oil in the fries does not compliment the chicken. I love the food and it's a little more expensive that normal fast food places. But the fries are why I can't give it 5 stars.
The food is fine, but the evening staff is terrible. I was given a dirty look when coming in 30 mins before closing and didn't want to deal with it. I try to call for pickup anytime after 8pm and they never answer their phone...where the heck is the management here? Is this how you urn a successful establishment?
I live around the corner and was thinking about coming in to eat but the reviews show the cook must be terrible!!! Put me on the grill bet you have SATISFIED customers . Sucks guess I’ll make my own
We showed up at 8:39pm, they supposedly close at 9pm, and their friers were turned off. They told us it would take 15 minutes to reheat them, meaning they'd already been off for awhile. What a terrible way to run a business.My other beef with these guys is they wanted to force a chin diaper on my child even though when we walked in all their employees had theirs pulled down.We certainly won't ever be returning to this location. I'm curious to see how quickly they end up going out of business.
I CHOSE TO BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!-We have gift cards to Chicken Shack. Went to use them at this location. The manager said they don't accept their own gift cards!!! What? Total Scam. WHY Would People BUY THEM IF, WE CAN'T USE THEM! --Note to the Corporate Office...PLEASE STOP This location from Scaming YOUR Customers!--- My husband called & talked employees at this location. They said BECAUSE they are a franchise they can pick & chooses who to take gift cards from....Corporate Office of Chicken Shack, It looks like this location may be practicing Discrimination!
Could be better. Very good customer service however. Chicken no seasoning, bland. Did offer a lot of sauce choices!
Staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I was given the wrong order which really ruined it for me. I'm not a bone-in wing fan, especially ones that are soggy after only a 10 minute ride home.The fries were awesome, fantastic! Order the largest they offer! They probably make the buffalo chicken fries amazing, which is what I ordered.
