I had the ribeye medium rare. The wife had the steak and shrimp combo well. My steak was fantastic. I also ordered the side of fall off the bone ribs and they were delicious. Kudos. Potatoes were good not a fan of the corn. Bread was awesome but I would opt for regular butter in my opinion but to each their own.
My first time here. I absolutely loved it! Lively mood and the service was excellent. I recommend to come with a big appetite since the portions are pretty big and the margaritas were my favorite!
Our 2nd visit to Texas Road house within a week and just like last time it was a hit!Same friendly service and hot food & cold drinks. The only difference the locations here in the Vegas valley at the time of this post don’t open till 4pm. Hopefully that will change.
Haven’t been to TR since I lived on the east coast. I love their funky steakhouse vibe, and the decor fits the theme well. They have a large menu, so take your time when perusing it. They also serve fish and fowl, so those who prefer something hatched aren’t left out. An excellent alternative to high priced steakhouse chains, make sure to choose your cuts wisely and you will be pleased.
Great experience always. Service is fabulous. Been there 3 times and all our servers were very pleasant Kelsey, J-Sin and Stephanie made our experience memorable. Food was delicious. Their buns are the best!!! Let's not forget the cocktails their margaritas are fabulous! ??Would highly recommend.
I was here for a special occasion on mother's day. It was packed, super busy yet they managed to serve our food in a reasonable time. We were on the wait list for 3 hours but we were asked to come in almost as soon as we arrived. The food was great! The buns came hot with a cinnamon honey flavored butter. The filet steak was cooked medium perfectly. I had the green beans and loaded mashed potatoes with no bacon which were ok. The cheeseburgers for my son were absolutely amazing! Also I would like to mention the Caesar salad was really really good.
Great steaks and a great price. Always busy which is good for them but makes the wait and sometimes the experience not as good. With that understood the overall experience here is great compared to the other steakhouse from down under. Be patient as this is new to the valley and will settle with time.
Finally a second location of Texas Roadhouse has opened. It has been long awaited for us ( the restaurant Critics with 55 million views on our account) to come and review it. But THE OWNER doesn’t care at all about the feedback from his customers and neither from the restaurant Critics . When we have attended the friends and family tasting event, which was in complete disarray to say the least. We have again encountered “the owner who doesn’t know how to run the restaurant “and it’s not willing to take recommendations from expert restaurant Critics like us ,that go to all the restaurants around the town and have years of experience with all type of owners, managers , regional managers, etc.Our friends and family tasting event was something that we have very rarely experienced. Even though we have had reservation , we still had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, which has not been improved even over a month later after our experience. After we got seated and ordered our food, we still had to wait 45 minutes for the food to arrive, which most of it was not prepared as we have ordered it and we have even got the wrong order from other guests.After that fiasco we have spoke with Maci Taylor (marketing coach ) and she has asked us not to write the review based on our experience today, she said that the owner will invite us a month later for lunch , which at that time we can write the review based on the present experience.But the owner ( because he doesn’t care about the feedback) has refused to do that, so we are writing the honest review ( as we always do) based on our only experience at this Texas Roadhouse.So , based on our bad experience we do not recommend this restaurant!Because we have waited to long for our food to arrive and it was not prepared the way we liked it and we have also got the wrong order from other guests.Overall, we definitely did not have a good experience with this place and knowing that the owner doesn’t care about it whatsoever, makes us unappreciated as customers and restaurant Critics.
It was wonderful. It was the closest I have felt to normal in 2 years. From the yeehaws to the line dancing from the employees. I recommend anyone to go there. Not only do you experience great food, but you also experience great service. ++++
Bread was Excellent and Service Staff was very Friendly and Helpful. The food was also Good too!
