A very beautiful place to host your event. Staff is very friendly and organizer is very professional and helpful. Our guests loved the clean and beautiful venue.
Beautiful venue, however felt the gentleman was not genuine or negotiable. I believe after asking us our profession, he assumed we make large amounts of money. When asking what we were able to get for $5000, he referred us to his other location in the ghetto. We were priced at $6900 and his comment was that it was a good price and cheap for the two of us. In this case, you have a better chance at Toni's over Auto Show Drive. Gentle kind gentleman and not in it for your money.
Ray and Cindi and all of the staff were courteous and easy to plan with. Ray allowed for us to customize our wedding reception to our desired specifications. It was a perfect day. The scenery and food were excellent. We highly recommend The Terrace!
Beautiful place my brother utilize this place for his wedding the only problem that I have is that they did not have any heat or heating lamps and we had an evening wedding so it was very cold out there at the venue but beautiful
All I can say is Ray and Cindy are family to me. They way they have taken care of me and my wife was amazing. Any request we had they jumped on it. I want to say they made our day a once in a lifetime experience. Amazing people!!!!!!
I attended my cousins wedding here. This place is so nice looking and the bartender was so nice with a fabulous spirit! The owner is exceptional as well! Excellent job you guys!
This one was kind of hard to evaluate because I didn't know all the details of what was provided by the facility, and what was provided by the couple who got married. Congratulations you guys, you know who you are! I know the gentleman who was the DJ so that was provided by the couple. If the facility provided the food the servers and the bartender, then they were absolutely great! If not, they were great anyway but I don't know where they came from. As for the facility itself, there were two things that might affect your using it or not. One was that the wedding part was outside. Therefore depending on the time of year and the time of day or even the weather, that might pose a problem. The rest of the facility was beautiful. I found one odd thing on the inside though. They probably had about six or seven hand sanitation spots. But every single one of them was empty. There was no hand sanitizer to be seen unless you brought it yourself. But other than that, because of the time of the year, the occasion, and the servers and bartender, it was an enjoyable experience.
Was there for a wedding. It's a quaint all inclusive facility. I loved it. If you're thinking about getting married in Nevada check them out.
It's the great spot to plug my phone into charge the outlet always works
My husband & I recently got married at the Terrace. The Terrace offers multiple options for your wedding ceremony, whether it be a small ceremony, large ceremony, inside or outside ceremony. All of which are beautiful! They were accommodating in allowing us to bring our own DJ, food and minister. They also allowed us to negotiate our contract to be able to make payments. The owner, Ray made himself available to us to tour the venue several times before the wedding. Also, Ray was patient with us during the rehearsal and gave us extra time to rehearse. The setup at the Terrace is that Ray does the face to face with clients ultimately has the final say. The ladies in the office do the administrative duties such as schedule the appointments & put the files/contracts in order.Ray also has another banquet halls such as the Del Angel Banquet Hall & it`s understandable that he will be busy as he simultaneously works with multiple clients and multiple venues however we felt he was always unprepared & made up answers as we asked or even changed them if we had previously asked.I found that once he gave me an answer or quoted me I would have to immediately email it to the ladies in the office; otherwise it would never be reflected in our contact. In our opinion, the office ladies and Ray don`t communicate enough, so Ray will tell you one thing in person & the ladies in the office will tell you something different. For example, on the first page of our contract it was noted that our wedding would have 200 chivari chairs with sashes, yet, Ray tried to charge us extra for each chair about 2 months before the wedding. AFTER we paid our entire balance! In the beginning we had to re-negotiate the contract because it didn`t seem fair to us that no matter what happened on our end or theirs we would still owe them the full amount of the banquet hall.On the day of the wedding, Ray called me telling me his bartenders got sick and that he had another one coming from Laughlin. He also stated he fired one of his office ladies, & that he couldn`t read her handwriting and had to ask me for the all of the details for decorations again. It was extremely frustrating. At the wedding, Ray was rude to my Mom, sister and seamstress. My seamstress`s steamer went missing and when we asked him to assist with finding it he said “that`s not my problem”. Later that night we found that one of Ray`s staff members took the steamer by mistake. Also, our guests complained the bartender was unprofessional and rude.We had our ceremony outside and there were tons of ants climbing on guests and still some trash as if the floor hadn`t been swept before the wedding. The night before the wedding we had some additional decorations that we put up ourselves and as Ray showed possible new clients the venue, he took credit for the additional decorations that were not his.Our contact stated the wedding was from 6pm to 1am, at 11pm Ray asked my Mom if the wedding was over yet. She said “no Ray; at midnight”, at 11:30pm, Ray told my husband that at midnight everyone needs to be out and so does our stuff/decorations.We scattered around from midnight to 12:45am trying to get all of our stuff, the wedding parties` stuff and our decorations out on time.Overall, our wedding went well thanks to our family/friends however there were numerous things the Terrace staff could have done more professionally as this is not their first event.
