Order messed up again. Teriyaki madness is great, this location is just trash. Every franchise has those ‘weak link’ locations I guess.
I don't know how this place is always so good but it is. They have a great, friendly staff and the food was out fast!
Ask for spicy chicken teriyaki and hot plain … the chicken usually come cut on pieces grilled and marinated ,it looks like it was boiled ? ??…
This was my first timer for me to try this location. Customer service was very polite and greeted me when I came inside. Jaylie greeted me and provided excellent customer service. She made me feel important, she cared about what I bought and offered suggestions, and she was entirely present with me. Thank you for your assistance. I'll be back as soon as possible!!The meal is consistently excellent.
Unhealthy place to eat specially with this COVID that is spreading quick first time we walk in the door when I seen an employee in one of the pictures I uploaded sneezing ? with his mask off not covering his mouth having his mask off the whole time we was dinning in the next door Mexican place he kept rubbing his nose and mouth goes and put orders still continues while rubbing his mouth and nose if I send a video to the health department they might end up getting a C grade never seen this at a teriyaki madness we was going to eat here but as soon as we seen that we went next door and eat there instead
My daughter loves this place and the young men serving behind the counter, especially Drew, are so sweet and efficient. Efficient because they were fast and they got my daughter's order right and that's not an easy task!
Well for starters my bag was filled with teriyaki sauce due to the staff putting the sauce at the bottom and the product on top. Then my veggies weren’t even steamed, just warmed up from the food, love this place in other locations just not this location.
Ordered chicken protein bowl with just veggies. Got my order to go. Got to my destination, opened food all veggies. Called and complained, was told I was going to get a refund. Never got it. BTW, cost me around 13 bucks just for cabbage and broccoli.
I have been a teriyaki madness fan for years. tonight, I stopped at this location on Russell and the 95 next to ampm. It was the worst experience I've ever had, they do not stick to teriyaki madness tradition or do the food Justice.food is flavorless and the staff is very rude... good luck everybody
