We usually love their food but for some reason our chicken was served totally burned today. I can't tell you how many times cooks have served burned to a crisp over cooked foods in many restaurants we've been to. They don't want to waste food but I don't want to waste my money. Burned meats are a carcinogen and most people can't digest them well. Fortunately, the Tofu, veggies and noodles were cooked just right. They did replace our chicken when brought to their attention and the cashier was very nice. This is the third visit I've tried to get Sierra Mist from tap and they've been out of syrup. They said they changed it but it was still out. Many restaurants don't sell it anymore. It's made with cane sugar and probably more expensive. I'd still go back but ask them to not burn the meat.
Can't believe it took me so long to find this place, and it's close to home.Great options, food is delicious, staff was friendly and attentive.They got really busy as soon as we sat down, I assume it's because so many people love it!
The girls expect a tip just for taking a order. They are trained to ask you how you’re day is going just before you pay . Gave me dirty looks when I didn’t tip and was whispering something to the cook preparing the food . Like the food isn’t expensive enough ! Im not giving you a tip for doing you’re job! You didn’t provide me a service.I will not give this place my business anymore .
I love teriyaki madness, especially their brown rice. This is one of the must go-to place especially if you love teriyaki! Their staff was very friendly and attentive. The place is also very clean! We also had a very fast service. Other than that, the food was amazing and delicious! I ordered Chicken Katsu while my husband ordered Teriyaki Chicken. The food was very fresh.

Terrible service, called ahead, showed up 15 minutes later to pick up, paid and waited another 15 minutes. Then asked how much longer since people came, ordered and left while i was still waiting - my order was sitting on their back table the whole time getting cold since before i even got to the store! There is no management present to talk to either, how convenient! Awful service.
I went yesterday for the first time, and it will be the last. Ordered 3 bowls to go, and two of them I added avocado. I also ordered 3 eggrolls. There was only one other customer when I arrived, so they were not busy. When I got the food home, I realized none of the bowls had avocado, and the eggrolls were burnt. it gets tiring hearing everything being blamed on covid. My total was just short of $50. With it being the holidays I tipped $10. Dinner down the drain. I'm sure at that price I can find someplace that takes pride in their food instead of tossing something greasy and burnt in a bag like it doesn't matter.
Tried it for the 1st ever today! The spicey chicken is amazing and the staff was so nice and fast! Definitely going back!!!
I rarely write 2 star reviews, however Teriyaki Madness deserves it.We have purchased from them 6 or 7 times and only had a good experience 2 or 3 times.There food is tasty, however, sometimes it is not hot, the meat is burned or not enough meat at all. The last time the veggies were minimal and not fresh.Sometimes we purchase extra meat and they put it on the same bowl that does not have room for any extras.Bottom line is this place IS NOT CONSITANCE.
Always great/friendly/fast service at this location. Order is correct, hot, and delicious!
