They didn't have all the selections on the menu. Their employee is very soft spoken and you had to strain to hear and understand anything they said. We weren't offer different hardness levels of the homemade ice cream they make for you anymore. Overpriced for what you get but it is a unique experience. All the locations in Utah are way better.
This was a nice reprieve on a hot day, and my tween loved the experience. The employee who took care of us was friendly. I was shocked how filling, like *heavy* the ice cream is. You get a lot for a decent price!
Unique experience for the kids to see the process on how they make the ice cream. My kiddo sure does!
Thus place was amazing. I've never had ice cream made like that. The flavor was very amazing they were pretty fast making it. I would recommend it especially if you're taking your kids. If feel good standing next to the glass amd the cold fog comes at you
This place is all hype. The picture says it all. You get 1/3 of a cup of shaved ice and it will already be 1/3 melted before it’s finished being made.

First time trying this place, ordered online a Nutella ice cream for my wife and she loved it! Said it was better than any other ice cream she has had so far, will definitely be picking up again.

Really friendly and helpful service. The Sensations menu is the way to go. I had the Chocolate Conduction and will have to go back to try the Peanut Butter Bonds!
