Always friendly, and if you go during happy hour you can get 2 of the best shakes ever for under $6, I mean come on, that is less then one shake at red robbin or Johnny rockets. And the range of shakes is good, not just the three normal ones, and they will make pretty much what you want, I like chocolate banana, not in the menu, they make it anyway. The burgers are not bad, and are about in the price range as McDonald's and such, so you can get a better burger for the same price
I love Steak 'n Shake over all, but Not this location! The food HERE has never been right since they opened. The fries are always cold. Burgers, just ok. Once we stopped with a large group of people to get shakes. We all got sick on them. Maybe the Ingredients they used went bad???
The food was good. They did get our order wrong initially, but once corrected the food tasted fine. The portion of fries is a little disappointing, but otherwise not a very bad experience there.
African American employee working drive thru today is very rude! Only thing he said to me was the total. Not even a thank you. Just opened the window held my bag out the window and closed the window right when I took my food. Just wow!!!! I'm getting customer service is not a priority here. We are just nuisances I guess
First time eating at Steak n Shake. It was great with the exception of dining room being closed. Looks like the new norm now at restaurants.
First the restaurant was filthy dirty.. floors walls doors black with dirt. Bathroom horrific no toilet paper or seat covers toilet was disgusting. Burger was just ok.. shakes tasted like the candy and cookies were old and not even real ice cream took one bite and threw it away. Definitely not the experience we had at the South Point location where the food was good and restaurant clean.
One of my favorite places to go to eat in Vegas. The shakes are amazing, the burgers are a great size and flavorful, the inside is always inviting, clean and fun decor, and the staff have always been amazing and helpful.
Great place to have a ground steak burger, fries and a shake! Can order order on for pickup. They have also had my order ready when I show up. Usually have a single with fries and a shake. Yummy. Great comfort food. This location is my to go place near work for lunch. Love the specialty shakes. Will continue going to the brand and location.
Came through the drive thru tonight! Jacob took our order and was so nice and energetic! We got our food in a timely manner and it was delicious!
Great shakes, but nighttime service is slow.. Great people working there, but it will take awhile for your shakes to come. I ordered 5.
