My order was made just as I like it. A decaf low fat caramel macchiato with extra drizzle.
My coffee was cold ask for hot. Went there again for tea no good. They need help. They need a manager. Loyalty family.

This place is busy with a large indoor space, outdoor tables and a drive through window. I went into the shop and strolled right past the large group of people waiting for their drinks. There was no one in line to order, so the young woman took my order for a black coffee. Nothing mixed, shaken or blended. Just pour me my coffee and I will be out the door. But no, that's not how it worked. Instead of pouring my coffee, I was put in the queue with that large group. Over the next 10 minutes, while the young woman who took my order stood mostly idle, I had to wait for all those specialty "hand crafted" drinks before my simple "black coffee in a cup" was available. I would think that they could do a bit of triage when the order is so simple.
This location is run by the GVR & Casino so costs more, almost twice as much as your local neighborhood locations. Also because of this, they're unable to reload my Starbucks card using Google or Apple pay from my phone. This is not a full-service store. If you don't carry cash or plastic with you, reload your card in advance, or alternately you can charge it to your room.

Way too expensive for coffee ?
This starbucks cost more than other locations. Location location location. My large cafe mocha was around $7 and the old (served in plastic & w months old) lemon loft was about $4. You can use your player points for purchase. Won't be getting that lemon loft any more.
