I have been their business neighbor for 2 years. They always brighten up my morning with a friendly attitude and great service to not only me but my staff as well. I went in today, this is my favorite Starbucks out of all of the Henderson locations. Today I was helped by Isabella, Blake, Kiley, and Ashley who were all INCREDIBLY generous.You can tell that the staff truly care about their customers. Thank you all for making my day so much better!
Ok so how does a Starbucks not have ice coffee. Well this one ran out and did not make more and told me to get cold brew and I hate that one. So the manager I guess does not care about customers. They are open for another hour and won’t make it!!! The kid said we hold it for customers tomorrow. Ok so what about the customer today. Hey Starbucks this location is a loser. Guess the customer standing there does not count!
Previously had given this location 1 star, buuut have gone 3 times within the last month or so and they were on point each time. Above and beyond, polite smiling faces. Both cashier and barista. And this is at least 2 different crews. Good staff. Great drinks. I'll be back.
Love this location. They're always nice, get things done super fast, and I'm never disappointed... unless they're out of stick on something which is just a hazard of the times right now.

This Starbucks is falling apart. Unfriendly baristas. Dirty floors, windows. Many nice, friendly baristas have left. I come there, not for the coffee. Coffee elsewhere is much better. I go there to have nice conversations with baristas and friends. I have witnessed many incorrect orders. Used to be good. Management is one of the issues. Show up and see a sign on the door that they are opening later than advertised

First time in years going to Starbucks. I received a gift card for Christmas and I really enjoyed the drink
The store is “open” but it’s doors are locked to customers and there is no drive through. How do people get coffee? This isn’t the beginning of the pandemic anymore guys.
