Love Starbucks who doesn't. There food is amazing especially for a healthy snack and on the go.
I go to Starbucks everyday and typically I go to this Starbucks on Sunday mornings. The staff is really friendly but this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. On several occasions my coffee was half filled I called in and they corrected the issue the first time but it has happened multiple times after that and I never bothered to call back because of my busy work schedule. This morning 7/10/2022 I went again and same thing my hot coffee was half filled, the grapes and apple slices in my protein pack were spoiled, the peanut butter pack was all oil which lead me to believe it was also spoiled. It was my fault for Even going back. So today I decided to I'm definitely going to do a review as it had gotten out of hand. Money is so hard to come by these days and this is unacceptable.
This is 1 of the 2 locations I frequent. I come here on my days off or when I have time before work. All of the employees are great, but Lauren is the best. I always know it's her when she works the drive through because she is the most bubbly and upbeat person with a great sense of humor. She is a 100/10!
Lauren was working the window at the drive thru and her energy was contagious! Thank you Lauren for great customer service and making my morning! One of the better Starbucks I’ve been to in the Henderson area!
Was busy but got my order fast. My drink was good and tasty. The place was clean with plenty of seating inside and out.
This Starbucks is just a random small one that's hidden with the longest drive thru ever but other then that it's just a Starbucks like the others nothing really special .

It's average. Good but not great. Seating is very limited. --- update, honestly this Starbucks had greatly improved. Always gets the drink right, faster service.

The staff here is always on point and very friendly. They always get my whole order correct and will even go through all of your drink options with a smile. I Love this place and it has quickly become my home starbucks. I definitely returning to this location.
