It's nice having a Starbucks there
Today there are two people, a line, and I had to wait 15 min. YET, these two young written were fast, efficient and pleasant. Hats off to the two of them. Fresh brewed dark roast , as stated! This is excepting in today's service industry. Thank you.
I made an on line order so that it was ready when I arrived. Employees were all very friendly. Service was quick and very efficient.
Convenient But way overpriced
My Wife and Daughter stopped in today. My Daughter ordered a Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and my Wife ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino. And when the order was complete they made two Cookie Crumbles and my wife said I didn't order that one. Ashley who was very rude said it's the same drink as the one my wife ordered so what's the difference. So my Wife made her remake the drink the way she ordered it. Ashley then slid the drink across the counter at my wife and said have a nice day! I had even given them a nice tip! Will never go back I think corporate needs to secret shop.
This was my first time coming to this location. The gentleman working was very nice and greeted us. I unfortunately didn't get his name. The lady who took our order whose name was Ashley was completely rude. She didn't greet us. She didn't even look at me and looked extremely bothered that I was about to order. She spoke over me and shouted what at me when she couldn't hear my order. On top of all that she came out to clean and bumped right into me and said excuse me after the fact. I walked up to her politely asked if next time she could walk around or say excuse me and I would gladly move out of the way and she just rolled her eyes and said I did say excuse me and tried arguing with me. We grabbed our drinks and said thank you to the gentleman that made our drinks and was extremely polite and we sat outside on the chairs the provide. Ashley walked to the trash can to throw something away and was still shouting saying we were rude knowing we were sitting here and could still hear her. I love Starbucks and it's my favorite coffee place to go but she ruined it for me. The worst customer service I've ever received. As someone who works as a cashier and in customer service she needs a different job not working with people. This was at 6:40pm on May 25th.
