Drive thru horribleAsked 2 card to park for drinks yet 3 card went they after and all received multiple drinks. Very poor operations management.
I like this Starbucks. Good location with a nice patio and drive-thru as well. The shop is always clean and they play the best music ever. I always enjoy my cappuccino at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They always welcome you with a smile ?. Definitely recommend it.

I love coming to this location, it feels like a hidden gem as it doesn’t seem to be out of a lot of things it’s neighboring locations are out of! The drive thru is almost always quick and the baristas friendly! Only issue I’ve ever had here is one day when a nearby location was closed and a bunch of staff called out at the same time, resulting in a super long wait-but that was beyond their control.
Annoying. Still taking mobile orders but inside was locked. Had to wait in the drive through to pickup our order which was then cold. Seems like this location does the a lot. St Rose Square from now on.

Placed a mobile order for pickup inside the store. When I arrived at the store the door was locked with a sign saying to use the drive thru. After waiting about 20 minutes in the drive thru line I finally received my drink. I requested a discount or refund on my drink since the wait was way longer than promised by the app and was told it "wasn't possible."The Starbucks app needs a way to notify users that in store pickup isn't available and provide a way to cancel your order. I really don't like wasting fuel and needlessly adding emissions to the atmosphere while idling in a long drive thru line.
