Everyone is right about the service at this location, 6 people jacking their jaws in the kitchen and no one can notice that they didn't give me the junior burger meal I paid for. Every item on the food I actually got was wrong. The person with the pink dreads made us feel like we were imposing while ordering as well and we had NO ADDITIONS. As you can see, they do not respond to the PAGES of one-star reviews recently. If you grew up in this area and remember this location fondly, you will be shocked to see the current state of this place. Time to replace the management.
Ordered online. Select 12:00 p.m. pickup. Git there 11:58 a.m., pushed red button and checked in. Was told it would be a few minutes while they finished order. At 12:39 p.m. still no food. Pushed red button and was told I hadn't checked in and it would be a little bit while they prepared food. At 12:58 p.m. got food, missing one drink. Had to wait while they got that. Got home and tots/fries were ice cold. Missing (free rewards) cheese burger. Usually pretty good/fast service. Disappointed.

Waited an hour for food didn’t get it so I pressed the button and told them they brought out immediately and it was all cold. I tried to give them some patience but honestly wasn’t worth the hour wait. Our slushies and blast were completely melted. Never again will I come here!
Horrible experience. Just left there ordered 3 burgers fries and sodas. All 3 burgers were cold (tasted like they made 50 burgers at one time and let it sit in a tray for hours. The cheese didn't even melt. It had that horrible beef flavor that tasted like when you reheat ground meat. What a waste of $27.00.. I will never go back.
I am just sad about the service and food at the local fast food places. I understand all the stuff going on has an effect on things. But if people just took a little pride in trying to do a good job not just collect a check/tips, everyone now days wants a tip even for just standing there and pushing numbers. Tips are a "reward" for good service.There is so much self satisfaction in doing a good job.As for the food! I really can't say much. Tots were so over cooked greasy and luke warm I only ate two, hoping the one was just a left over. The corn dog batter was hard on one side. And what happened to the size of the dog? Price is still there, a bit higher even, but the dog got smaller.I have learned not to really bring this to anyone's attention because I have worked in food service and you never know what you will get when you complain about food. Also attitudes these days, no one really cares.
Friendly down to earth servers as always. I always feel in a better mood after going there from the employees they have there. They always seem to have a bright smile and happy glow about them.
Service has been slow, both taking new orders and delivery after the order. The shakes and Blasts come out with ice cream streaming down the side, as if a wipe before you bring it out is too difficult. The food is fine, no issues there.
Absolutely horrid experience. 833pm order, and to my window at 930pm 5/2/22. Never seen a fast food joint take 1 hour to deliver food. Cold burgers, cold fries, something crunchy in my coney dog (which was also cold), wrong drinks, all ice melted before drinks made it to car window. Absolute disgrace.
Mozzarella cheese sticks were cooked until the cheese fell out of more than one, then the hollow sticks and melted cheese were jammed into their carton and glued themselves together. Tater tots were under cooked. They did not have a crunchy outer layer, they were soft and mushy and came out of the carton in one big ball of crumbly mush. And the corn dog was burnt and dried out. My son said his hamburger was "ok, but not great". Half of the popcorn chicken was too hard to chew. We won't be going back anytime soon.
