It's really sad a bean burrito that's almost $6 is so tiny hardly any beans. This has happened multiple times and at various locations. Giving them several chances. My family have been eating at Roberto's for over 30 years. We will never go back!
Huge sign says OPEN 24 HRS with a neon sign in window says open. After we turned around to go back, pulled into the parking lot & walked up to the door and the door was locked with a paper sign that says they were closed. VERY FRUSTRATING!
How difficult can it be to take fresh carne asada beef and throw it on a grill for a few minutes? Even if you request it, which is awkward to do with Roberto's employees, they scoop it pre-made, out of a bucket and just plop it down on a tortilla. It's done in about 20 seconds instead of sizzling it.The food is very rarely hot. It's always room temperature or warm. However, there's nothing wrong with my money. As an operation, the Roberto's chain is poorly supervised when it comes to the product going out to the customer.
The fries are different from any other Roberto’s. Crispy and seasoned on their own but they make the carne asada fries the best in town. The guy that works there late at night is polite and fast! love coming to this location

Love this location. Carne asada fries are amazing and extra crispy here, which is a must if you know about it.
Food is usually good, but anytime I order something and say no guacamole they seem to put double the amount in it and I don't notice it until I dig in. Will go somewhere else from now on.
