Terrible..asked for two soft tacos with cilantro and onion...and got this..no sauces in stand bathroom disgusting and rude cashier who doesn't listen to what you ask for
My family came into town from California, we all decided to go to Roberto’s on Gibson, I ordered chicken rolled tacos, the rest of my family (3 of them) had the beef enchilada and taco combo meal and they all ended up with food poisoning.Puking, diarrhea, the whole nine yards?I was the only one who did not as I got the same thing I usually order when I go there. I called and let someone at Roberto’s know, but it did not seem like there was much concern on their end.
A little trivia: Roberto's taco shop was the first fast food Mexican restaurant to open in Chula Vista Ca. It was very welcomed by the community because they made the food fresh to order.I don't know what's going on with some of the restaurants today but l'm sure Mr.Roberto and his wife must be appalled and turning in their graves as to how they handle their creation these days so,so ?To the ones that are doing it,you know who and what l'm talking about.
They kew' just the employees here don't know what polite and welcoming customer service is though. Makes you want to take your money to another Roberto's.
Food was fresh and didn't take long to get considering how big the order was.
Staff can't even give the correct order. I went 2 days in a row and was given someone else's order and the second day was given something that I didn't order.

Wow!!!!! This is another great Roberto's! I normally go to the Rancho and Craig location but I was in Henderson this morning and thought to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. The food was great and service was great. The floors needed sweeping and some tables needed cleaning also. It wasn't busy so food was recieved at a good time and nice and hot. Thank you to the team for the great food and service!!!
I think the only bad thing to say is that the napkins aren't conveniently accessible, you have to ask for them. However, everything else is like the salsas and containers w lids, soda cup lids, even the restrooms and parking. Food is always great, and the DP fountain drink has yet to disappoint with either being flat or non-existent in taste. Lol! Ok this is too detailed. In conclusion, this is a good location.
I read the reviews and I have been to several Roberto’s but this is it. I don’t no what everyone else is eating but there food is TRASH. THERE IS NO SEASONING AND AND THE MEAT IS ALWAYS COLD LIKE THEY COOKED EARLIER AND REHEATED. “BURRITO EXPRESS IS THE BEST FOOD EVER” ROBERTO’s is? sorry I had to tell the truth. These reviews is lying
