Poor excuse for Mexican food. Roberto’s has really digressed in the last 10 years. Spent $30 on 2 entrees and felt like I just threw it in the trash. I got a chicken quesadilla. It was soggy, over stuffed, and just bad. The guacamole wasn’t fresh and looked like canned baby food. Chicken tasted boiled and not fresh. I always go back to give them another chance, but this is the last time. Save your money and go somewhere else.
My wife and I both had the Cheese Enchiladas. The food was warm, cheese on the food was melted, and best of all , it tasted great. Window service was good and the car line moved quickly.
Careful going late at night. They tried to hand me someone else's food. Then handed me a drink not in the size I purchased. Then changed it into an old cup which my fingers went right through and got it all over my dash board. They just shut the window.
A lot of our roberto's taco shops have declined since the pandemic but this store, that is unfortunately my local shop, has gotten so bad that my tacos looked like they were fried in old motor oil and after one bite I threw them in the trash. To boot they failed to include the California burrito and now I must return to get it. I would forget it but it's fourteen bucks. What a ripoff dump. I'm gone.
Family of four, 2 burritos, 1 quesadilla and nachos is $45... portion size was a bit small. completely flavorless and greasy. Bathroom has a lock...some dude comes in and throws the bathroom key on the counter...they take the key and then set the food right on the counter where the dirty bathroom key/stick was sitting. Bathroom covered in graffiti. No soap. It's a dirty place imo.We didn't get sick so that's a plus.
Way over priced quality down the tube. They don’t even do $.99 tacos on Wednesday not $1.29 but now $1.59.They are only worth maybe $.99. Don tor taco and Rivas does $.99 tacos on Tuesday and Wednesdays and they taste better
Enjoyed a taco salad that was good. The Reberto's in North Vegas was much better!
Order at the counter and brought to the table. I very rarely give a one star rating. I am sorry but if these were the first tacos we had ever eaten we probable be hesitant on ever trying tacos again. My wife had 2 Hard (should I say brick) shell Beef Taco that were almost folded in half. I had 1 Hard (should I say brick) shell Beef Taco and a soft Carnitas Taco which fell apart the minute I picked it up so I ate it with a fork.
Wayover priced these days can’t keep blaming it on the pandemic six dollars for a bean and cheese burrito after tax?
Service was pleasant enough, but the burrito was mediocre at best. No kick, no real flavor, and no beans!?!? How? It flies in the face of all logic that a Hispanic owned and staffed burrito shop that serves a heavily Hispanic area produces burritos that taste like they belong in Wisconsin.
