This is probably THE WORST Red Lobster in town!POOR and INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT!The staff made me wait 20 minutes for a pickup order because the they said the biscuits were being made, they took 20mins ONLY to make ONE biscuit.AND my food was cold! Maybe the 'Biscuit' was MORE important for them! :/
The food was fantastic. No wait for a table and this was Saturday late afternoon. Our waitress Brittany was great, she had a lot of tables but she was on it. No complaints about this visit. Definately would eat there again.
Our first time to the Red Lobster on Marks. It was a take out but we ordered when we got there. Taylor helped us and she treated us very well. She offered us biscuits and water while we waited. It was a 5 star ? treatment. She is truly a gem ?
because is unique seafood flavor and good costumes service
Nice quiet atmosphere..service was awesome. Had a great anniversary dinner...thank you
The food was great! No complaints other than the portion sizing for the sides. Our server was amazing, and paid us with an exceptional amount of attention to make sure we had everything we needed. The steaks we ordered medium rare, were perfectly seasoned, and the meat texture was on point. What a joy it is, when you sit down at a restaurant and you get a good steak!9/10. The lobster tails were a little skinny, but maybe the lobster was trying to lose some weight for summer before he got boiled! The lobster punch was great when paired with all the food, and was not too sweet either, by my surprise. I recommend, when you don't want to cook at home for sure!
This place is only getting 3 stars because my server was fantastic! He was very attentive and my bf and I both agree he was truly great at his job! To the Asian guy who served us, thank you!Now on to my complaints lol..This was mine and my boyfriends first time at any red lobster and while we didn’t have high expectations, we were definitely disappointed. The food was terrible. I got the shrimp, lobster, and salmon and everything on my plate (besides the baked potato) came back burnt. The salmon was so black on the bottom I had to stop eating it and the lobster tasted like the top of the barbecue, gross. My shrimp was alright.. For a place called red lobster, I definitely expected more out of their lobster, I was wrong. My boyfriend got the Bay Harbor Lobster bake and looking back, we are both 99% positive he didn’t even get lobster on the dish LOL. On top of that, it was very bland and had no real flavor, lots of salt needed to be added for this dish to even be edible.Lastly, halfway through my meal I got up to use the restroom and there were no paper towels in either dispenser and the top of the paper towel dispenser was so disgustingly dusty. Like come on, this is a restaurant, nothing in this place should have that much dust.Overall, we had a very disappointing experience and will definitely not be back. Truly a waste of money.
We had dinner on 4/12/22 and our waiter was Tyre. At first I thought that he would be a great server but unfortunately he was the opposite. He neglected to provide us with silverware and never refilled our drinks until asked. In addition, he was not very attentive in taking our orders and messed up by forgetting my clam chowder soup. He was not pleasant at all and spent more time talking and socializing with his coworkers. Our lobster bisque soups were cold and very salty. The desserts were served on flat plates which made it hard to scoop up the cake and ice cream. Our overall experience was horrible. I have always had a good experience with this location but unfortunately this time has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Great customer service and great food
Great service and food. Cant recall our servers name(I suck when it comes to remembering names)but she was from my home away from home, Chicago, and she was on point the entire time my wife and I were there.
