Been eating Canes since I been in Vegas back nearly 15 years ago. Recently noticed more orders being inaccurate which was no major thing but a few months ago we found a long black hair running thru a chicken finger. Needless to say it was too disgusting for that member of my family to finish her food and what was once her favorite eatery, is now nauseating to her. What really makes it worse is we wrote corporate and included pictures and after months received not even a single reply. Very disappointing that they treat their customers like this when it is this level of grossness. So I'll post the pics here
The best chicken tenders on Stephanie for sure ! Yes I've actually met people who've never been to cane's we don't hang out lol if you haven't been to canes you have to give them a try they have the best tenders on the fly hands down make sure to buy extra canes sauce you will thank me later this is great spot for some lunch when yr in a rush they are super fast and everything always comes out blazing hot we come to this location cus it's the closest one to green valley where I live and I've never had any problems at this location everyone is super nice so if you're in the area stop by their super tasty
Used to buy here for past two years. Ordered 10 fingers recently and the sizes are greatly reduced and prices are gone high. Been experiencing this for past some months now. Even it tastes bit differently at times than the usual taste. They also reduced the sizes of the cane's sauce boxes. Not value for money anymore. Used to feel full and satisfied after three fingers a year before. Now the fingers feel like a extended version of nuggets. Gone from 5 to 1 star in a year.
Bomb food! Not much to order from, but its good and you can tell its fresh. The chicken with the sauce and don't forget the bread! French fries could use some more love, but overall it's worth it. Place was clean, employees were friendly and quick, got my food before I filled my drink. Worth the check!
Why doesn't anyone show kids how to count change anymore. While Raising Cane's is by far the best fast food chicken joint in the country, it's so sad when someone who is in their mid twenties cannot take coins and make the transaction and easier transaction. For example if my order was $25.13, and I handed them 20 and a 10 and 13 cents they should be able to hand me back $5. Instead they try to hand me back the 13 cents because they can't do the math and figure out that by simply handing them $30.13 I can get a $5 bill back by way of example. What's going on with kids not able to count change. It's sad
The drive thru is usually busy especially around 6pm. I find the best time to go if possible is around 2-3pm. Great customer service and the menu is simple, chicken, coleslaw and fries with a piece of Texas toast! The price is reasonable as well, especially for families or people on a budget like myself.
What could have been a 1* review became a 5* thanks to the Manager! They have to change out the oil on the fly in Cane's, and our chicken smelled like it was burnt to a Black Hole of Crispness! But was not quite done! After a few bites, we asked for the manager, she came over, and I asked her to smell my chicken! She did, the fries and bread and slaw were fine, and she went and got us 7 more pieces! No cussing, swearing, she didn't do it, our food got fixed, I think everyone was happy! With a place that busy, I understand! And after years, this is my first complaint! So, my worst Cane's meal, was still pretty darn good!
First time trying Raising Canes. The chicken fingers were good (not great); juicy, tender with a decent breading. Would normally prefer more flavor in the breading but it’s still good. What keeps me from giving 4 stars is the fries. At least on this order the fries were limp and lifeless. I like the crinkle cut but this order just fell flat. It’s not a ringing endorsement but I will probably be back to give them another chance.
Normally the service is great, however their curbside option via their mobile app has always seemed to have problems related to it. I would say a good half the time using curbside pickup it has either come out 10-25 minutes after I arrived in the parking spot and marked "I am here" or it comes out wrong or without the extra things I added to my order like ketchup or extra cane's sauce.Usually when the food takes super long to bring out, I see other people pulling up into the spots and getting their food immediately. It's not like I order a ton either, it's always just a box combo with a soda. When it takes too long to order I usually just go inside and pick it up myself (it is always just sitting behind their counter ready to go). This most recent trip I had my dogs with me so I couldn't go inside, so after about 10 minutes of waiting I called the store just to make sure everything was okay with the order, the woman on the phone didn't even ask my name before saying "It will be out in a few minutes."It was another 10 minutes of waiting for this order. I understand that everyone is understaffed at the time, but in my opinion if you can't take 45 seconds of your time to investigate and just check up on my order it just comes across as lazy and unbothered.
Loved it from the first time. Pretty simple and straight forward menu. Great tasting chicken fingers. Juicy not dry. The breading is perfectly seasoned with delicious crispiness on the outside and juicy and tender meat inside.Their fries are delicious too. The toast is also tasty and buttery. But their house made dipping sauce is the best and goes perfectly with the chicken fingers, so yummy ?. It is like a mix of a Dijon mustard and mayo , very good and definitely a must try!The restaurant is always clean and inviting, very vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly.Their drive-thru is always busy with a long line of cars . But you can always dine in, which I recommend, because you don’t want your fries to get cold.Overall: great tasty chicken fingers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.Definitely recommend it!
