First and last time I will ever come here!! Bartender gave me the menu and was friendly enough to let me know I can sit where I please. However I was sitting there for 30 minutes without anyone coming up to even ask if I wanted a water or to even order food for that matter! Worst part is there was like 3 people at the bar all being offered refills and being attended, either forgot about me or just didn’t want to deal with me. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever had, I’d hate to be there when it’s busy if this was my experience while it was slow!!

Stopped by to have a drink. I'm in a wheelchair so I couldn't go straight in and had to find the ramp to the side. The sidewalk had a cactus that covered half the sidewalk. The next day I contacted the company and the next business day, the regional manager got it removed and even sent me a picture.Fantastic customer service.

Tried pts after a long time not going there and they proved that why I shouldn't service was the same o just bad , not the staffs fault definitely a management problem , the knights game was on. And only had a staff of 3 people and the place was packed , 35 min wait to get a drink and appetizer.

I just left this place I thought it would be a good place to watch the Game and eat. but I did not feel welcome at all. there was literally only 2 guest at the time we came in and she shut down my request to put the warrior game on one of the 25 big screen TVs they had. she said " this is what the people requested, Sorry!" I looked around and said what people. the 2 people at the Bar gambling and that literally has 4 screens 3 feet from them. are you serious. I ordered my drink and when she brought it to me I asked her again. Can you please play the Warrior game? She said that was not her priority right now. I have to serve our customers. .so I just walked away. customer service was REALLY BAD I will not be going here again

I had a similar experience as Alana Carlini .. first time visitor to PTs Ranch and the 'bartender' on duty was the reason I will never return ... it was Friday around 10:00 am, I believe her name was Stacey ... in my 63 years in Las Vegas I have never been treated as rudely by someone who's job is literally 'Customer Service' , as I was treated that day. No wonder PTs are closing around town.

Great food! Hands down best bar food in town great atmosphere great music shout out to Johnathan great bartender want a place to relax with good vibes definitely go here!

Fun times and great service.

Met up with my friends here at PT’s and it was all our first time here…and our last. Something needs to be done about the bartender Stacy. She was rude, cold, and racist. We were playing pool and not once did she approach us to ask if we needed anything or wanted a drink. And when one of my friends wanted to order another drink, Stacy ignored her and helped other guests at the bar. The jukebox simultaneously changed from country to rap, and soon she finally comes to talk to us while we play pool, only to tell us to not change the music on the jukebox and that the music playing before the rap was fine. We calmly explained to her that it was not us that changed the music, and she still insisted we change it as the guests do not like the music. Eventually she herself changed it back to country music.Never have I ever been to a bar where they discriminate against specific music that plays. And the fact that we received this service and treatment being our first time at a PT’s Ranch, along with her automatic assumption that we changed the music to rap just because of the color of our skin is unacceptable. Why can’t she cater to all people of all races? I am seeing other reviews on Yelp and on here about similar issues people have had with Stacy, so for a fact she definitely discriminates others and mistreats the customers way more than what you see here on the reviews. PT Ranch, please do something about her.

I give 3 stars for service and friendliness of the servers. Other than that we ordered 4 different appetizers beer and another drink. The food was horrible over cooked, greasy and no flavor at all.

???No entertainment as in karaoke or bands here is why I'm removing stars. It's a huge place I don't understand why. We really thought there would be something & better food menu(size of kid menu) BUT, We Enjoyed the patio with firepits thou and only thing is music over speakers that's played ugh. Happy hour drinks are reasonable. The food could use better options, I would probably continue to recommend remedies, distill, rocky's timbers, the bounty hunter awesome live bands we really thought this place would have or anyone else as they have entertainment(most) & more food options and steak and fish, no healthy salmon plates or even white fish here. NO STEAK!?No vegan either. Most is cheap think sonic fast food, small menu. Very disappointed. We ended up cheating our monthly here and rather would of at a Buffet! We got pizza and it was very good and the no issues with the service or anything. Friendly staff here. Food came out looked like came from a real pizzeria place and was loaded so thank you! Drinks was served fast & refilled fast. But we found it boring and trying to entertain ourselves was not cutting it. There are pool tables, not interested so old school. We will likely continue to other surrounding bars for better food & entertainment. If you enjoy a short stack mostly fast food deep fried only menu & don't care for live bands or karaoke or steak or salmon dinners let alone justbetter options! . Then this is the place for you. It's huge! One of the few bigger bars. But lacks alot. . Great for older people (I don't see why kid's are not here allowed for family dining outside it's like that)and ones who just want to chill with starring at tv screens, & want peace & quiet atmosphere or gamble at the front, or put money into a juke box hoping your songs are not a 40 minute line wait and your stuck listening to someone else's going nuts while you entertain yourself looking at firepits outside.
