The sandwiches and salad we ordered were all very tasty. They have a wide variety of drinks in a cooler up front, and a fountain machine for sodas. The staff was very friendly. They also prepped and served our order quickly. The menu isn't overwhelming, but there's definitely enough variety for everyone to find something they'll enjoy. It was less than $40 bucks for 3 people with drinks and chips. Honestly, that's pretty hard to beat. How is Subway still in business when there's places like this around? I'll definitely be back!
If you are from the east coast DO NOT come to Potbelly out here. It's just not worth your time or energy. They haven't been trained right. They don't cut pickles and it was just a weird experience all together. You will leave sad and disappointed. I'm so sad right now. And they didn't have the chicken salad on deck.
I ordered online and went to pick my order up and was helped by Christine. They were out of something for one of my sandwiches which wasn’t a problem but Christine was so sweet and threw in an extra soup and some cookies for me. She didn’t have to do that but the gesture meant a lot! Great customer service.
Look out port of subs & subway. I'll never be back to either one now that I've been here!!! Great selection of their own signature sandwiches. Also some regular sandwich options. They have soups and salads. All around a great lunch spot with great food. Definitely not a west coast sandwich shop. Gotta try at least once. This customer will Definitely be back. Thanks!!!!
Nice clean interior. Employees were nice but not too helpful in recommending or guiding a newbie to get a sandwich. Ended up with avo turkey sandwich and felt kinda dry.
Food here is always good. I was here November 26 at about 5 just to pick up an order. Staff ignored me until they were ready to to help. Maybe they didn’t hear me over the uncensored drake songs. Don’t get me wrong, I like some good vulgar rap but I know when I can and can’t listen to it. Maybe hire some better kids to work here. Or maybe just this generation of young adults is beyond repair. I can’t stand my generation. Where’d the respect go? I might try again but probably another location. They might hire kids that know how to greet a customer and provide a pleasant experience. I’m only 29 and I’m annoyed with these guys. That ought to say something.
I was first introduced to potbelly in Minnesota back in 2004. Always excellent food and customer service!I live in Las Vegas for 10 years now. I was very excited when potbelly was opening in Las Vegas off st rose pkwy, Henderson Nevada. The grand opening was fantastic! After that, the customer service has been horrible. Prior, to national sandwich day I’ve experienced missing food items when wanting to order certain sandwiches and always under staff at this location which makes the wait time longer.Today, was the worst experience for national sandwich day. I ordered on the app expecting my order to be ready. When I arrived, There was a lot of customers upset due to lack of staff and missing food items for there sandwiches. I had to wait 45 minutes for a pizza melt sandwich then was told there was no marinara sauce. I’ve tried to give this location support, but everytime I visit there’s always a problem. Very disappointing.
Sandwich didn't taste fresh and they didn't put all the condiments on I asked for. Vegetable soup was mushy and boiling hot. Basically inedible and went straight in the garbage! Soda machine was filthy especially around the ice dispenser. Condiment/soda table was filthy with spills and stains. Overall a terrible experience! Never again!
First time experience today, lots of questionable things today. Let's start with the ordering point, there is no signage, indicating where to start. So after making our way down to the cashier, she directs us to the other end, where we asked the girl behind the counter, is this where we start? She just gave us a blank stare. Ok, so then a bunch of people file in behind us, so instead of being first, we are now last. Ok, no problem. So we order, a regular roast beef and a skinny Italian, the girl (the dimwitted one) repeats the order, only to ask us again, 20 seconds later....ok. Not to mention, she was so SLOW, just putting meat and cheese on bread and sticking in the toaster.The next step in the process, the ingredients section, did not work as smoothly as say, subway. Guy seemed very inexperienced, but ok, got our sandwiches, mine, the roast beef, sandwich is not cut all the way thru, ok... As for the taste, pretty good, my sandwich had a horseradish aioli, which seemed to be heavy at one end of my sandwich, very strong final bites, cleared out my sinuses. Amount of meat ratio to veggies was good, the bread I thought was good, just the right amount of crustiness. My wife disagreed.She got the Italian, a flavorful combination of salami, capicola, mortadella, pepperoni and provolone. It seemed to be missing something, it needed a vinaigrette, red wine, to liven up the veggies and tie the flavors together, but no.The experience, being a dine-in one, we look at the setting very closely. Several things were wrong. After us, there wasn't anyone else ordering, not until we were almost done. At no time did we see any staff members, they all retreated to the back room, no one came out to the dining area, no one cleaned any of the tables or swept the floor. In the drink area, the tea dispenser was missing the lid, meaning anything could have fallen into the dispenser, contaminating it. Floors were dirty as was our table, but far cleaner than any of the other tables. The restroom was equally dirty, floor was dirty as was the toilet and sink. No seat covers in the mens room. All these things add up to no management presence in the building, looked like it was staffed by a bunch of inexperienced kids.Was it horrible, no. Would I go back, probably not. There are too many options out there. Three stars should really be more like 2 1/2
Meh. Wasn't bad but nothing special. 30$ for 2 sandwiches 1 soda can and a soup.Sandwiches were OK but don't see the hype. The soup was super watery and bland.No cash? Weird
