Ordered online on a whim and had kids in the car. I called a few minutes into the order and asked if they could deliver to me outside when it was done. They did, promptly. Appreciated!Always so delicious.. -.-

While the sandwich was delicious and that garlic Parmesan is bomb bread, the customer service from the 13 year old girl working there was awful. She threw my drink cups at me. Is the staff shortage this bad? The other workers were very helpful, but Serena needs some more training in customer service.
I was really let down today being a former employee there... I ordered a larger BLT with double meat, witch comes with 24 pieces of bacon. Mine had like 8 pieces of bacon. Ate one half out of hunger, and other half will be given to someone else. I would of not cared if I had at least a normal amount of a large BLT witch is 12 pieces.
I am very disappointed with the service here. The floor was dirty and the staff was disrespectful, I felt rushed. I came in a few weeks ago and the bread was hard as rock. I won’t be coming back and I recommend staying away.
This shop is amazing. The level of service I got from Eva was spectacular. She was courteous and very helpful. She called me back and made sure my order for catering was perfect. I have no idea if management reads this reviews, but if you do, this girl deserves a raise and a promotion!!! I received better service from Eva than from any so called “five star restaurant” in town. I am definitely coming back to this location just for the spectacular service. Thank you.
I am a secret Shopper for this location and for what I’ve been seeing from my experiences at this port of subs location on Windmill and Pecos, Flies keep swarming around the customer’s food while making them, and the toppings for the sandwiches sometimes don’t look as delectable, but what caught my attention was One Day there was an employee that provided excellent yet rushed service to 4 customers (couldn’t catch his name tag due to the doodles that were on his tag) and he requested for some help and nobody came out, he called again “Can I get some help. Please” and the employee apologized to his customers for the wait, I will be coming back to see how that young man is doing. He worked extremely hard.
This restaurant is poorly managed, it takes a few minutes for them to realize that there is someone waiting (waited for about 10 minutes) all of the condiments are frozen, a fly kept swarming around my food while in the process of being made, some of the employees don’t wear a mask & they treat One particular employee very harsh. I will be coming back to this location to check up on this employee in the meantime
Good is great, but the staff weren't wearing masks. Might be concerning to some people
They are insanely slow at this spot. Honest to God took the kid 2 minutes just to put on his gloves. Do yourself a favor and go to the warm springs GV location instead.
